I’m giving this place at least a three maybe four, Next time great sushi if you go there make sure you do try that pepper boats the service is really slow needs a little help in that department but the store or the restaurant whatever you want to call it is clean clean bathrooms, clean floor, clean tables, well groomed staff, very good selection of sushi and assorted drinks, Definitely a good price it’s much cheaper than the other places that sell sushi here in Flagstaff I would definitely go out of your way it’s right behind McDonald’s and in the dollar tree parking lot, Give it a try you won’t be disappointed but once again don’t expect a great service it’s a little bit slow but don’t let that stop you for the good price and the delicious sushi.

Not too shabby. The sushi I had tonight was tasty, definitely, but I felt like the prices were a bit high compared to other places in Flagstaff. While the sushi was good, I don’t think that it was worth what I paid. If you go around Flagstaff, you can get better sushi for a better price, or at least catch a happy hour.

This is our go to sushi place in Flagstaff. Good sushi, affordable, efficient service and easy parking! We usually get the traditional stuff, but they also have a few interesting rolls. The super dragon roll is very tasty! I also like the chirashi lunch special. If you’re thinking about getting a large beer, don’t forget about their 50 cent appetizer: get the salmon kama, the best deal of the offerings.

Prices are steep for the quality of food and service you get. I’ve paid less for sushi that’s much better. Trying to take into consideration I’ve lived on the coast and the fish come right from the water to the plate but this seemed too steep to pay almost $ 70 for 2 specialty rolls and 2 California rolls and a plate of rice plus a beer and kids drinks. For a comparable price I’d go to Karma downtown, deal with the college kids, and actually get the atmosphere you pay for.

Went with a large group, had to be separated into two large tables. Not terrible, but good to know if planning a party of 10+. Huge selection of sushi, and can trust the freshness being ~8 hours from the ocean. I ordered the super vegetarian and the avocado roll, both excellent, the vegetarian being a bit more filling. Avocado roll would be good for an appetizer. Also it should be known that the Avocado, cucumber, and Las Vegas roll(& probably more) are available, you just have to ask for the additional sheet of paper to order from. Location is a bit strange, but not a deal breaker. Bonus: An operational pay telephone located right outside if you have too much Sake(& your smartphone dies)

Have been to hiros a few times in the past couple years and the experience has always been pleasant! Tonight was no exception. Came during happy hour and ordered the 4-piece gyoza. It came out with extra pieces and no charge, and was fantastic. Sushi was fresh and flavorful and server Jessi was absolutely fantastic!

Sushi was top-notch definitely. Come here for the best. Edamame was a bit dry and you have to add your own salt which struck me as odd. Service was a little off, but friendly. One server dropped a to-go order of miso OOPS. Still, come for the SUSHI right?

The deluxe chirashi bowl was good but not great. Heavy on the crab salad but too light on the salmon for my liking. Also, not a ton of sushi rice to go with it. Service was lacking.
