This place really used to be the place to go for books. They would price match with any online site that had it cheaper (I want to say they also beat the price by 10%). They also had a 10% military discount. We would go here every time because you could never beat the price for textbooks. Then they were bought out by another company in summer of 2015. Now they can «price match» but it’s not the same thing. You pay the full price for the book but get the price difference back in a gift card for UTT. I think that’s a crap deal compared to what they used to have. They also no longer offer a military discount. You may as well go through the school bookstore or an online vendor now. I’m really disappointed in this store.

This place is overly expensive to the point where I doubt the prices are any different than using the regular one. I was however able to sell books here that I was not able to at the bookstore. The offers were the same between this place and the bookstore.
I would come here as a second option for selling your books, and to purchase university merchandise, many of which are not available in the bookstore. Still, its pricey, and I am impressed that it has been able to remain in business all these years.

The difference between buying/​selling your books here and buying/​selling at the University bookstore is not as big as this place makes it out to be. They expect better conditions from their books in order for you to sell it back. For its connivence and potentially to save more money, you are better off renting your books online or at NAU’s bookstore.

I found this store thanks to the NAU website and decided to sell back a lot of my books from old classes. In return, I averaged around 50% back on each book versus wht I payed for them. THey couldn’t accept them all but I made more money than I expected to. Keep your textbooks in good condition if you want to sell them back!

same prices as the book store on campus. I bought a book here and brought it back when I dropped the class a few weeks later. they wouldn’t buy it back or anything because of the «excessive highlighting». thats how the damn thing was when I bought it. A few semesters ago they did work with me when i was out of town and had forgotten to return my rental books. when i say they worked with me it was only after I had to argue with the clerk before talking to a manager. manager was cool, the clerk was a little whiny B**ch.
