Caledonia Farm – 1812 B&B

Location is beautiful. Nice little getaway. Very quiet. I’m sure there is a ton of history there but we didn’t have a chance to look properly at the picture album. Asked about ghosts but unfortunately weren’t told more than something about a Crying Baby. Would love to have learned more. (Come on people its an old house, you know there’s something. ;))
Anyway, amazing train collection in basement. Great breakfast but I obviously didn’t know etiquette of putting my drink down before having my plate removed, which is ok. I’m pretty laid back.
Overall a good stay for what was desired. If you’re looking for luxury or want to be catered to it might not be your cup of tea but if your chill then you’ll enjoy your time. There are great wineries nearby and wonderful restaurants.
Would have liked a welcome glass of wine v. a glass of Tang but the Tang and niblets made me laugh.
Before I forget, since we’re adults and don’t deserve curfews, the come and go as you please policy for a Bed & Breakfast was awesome.

Had the parents of a client stay there for one night. They got up early and left without breakfast. Thought the Inn Keeper was wierd, couldn’t wait to leave.
However, many folks who’ve stayed there like it and are repeat customers.
