Hi, my name is Emily and I have a club sandwich problem. I crave them. And recently I have been specifically craving THIS club sandwich. Everything about it is perfect, it’s the right size, the bacon is crispy and delicious and everything blends together perfectly. It also helps that Cheddars has a nice environment. It’s casual but you don’t feel like you are in a dive, and the staff are super friendly. Wash it all down with a nice sweet tea and you will not be disappointed.

Cheddar’s is one of my favorite places to eat. No matter what I order on the menu, they nail it. Service is always great and there’s rarely a wait to be seated. I highly recommend the broccoli cheese casserole(side item). I almost wish that was sold in an entrée portion!

My girlfriend and I got here at 8 pm. It’s a little bit on the later side for dinner, but they are open until 10:30. From the moment we sat down we felt extremely rushed. We ordered our dinner, I ordered a beer, and before my girlfriend could tell her what drink she wanted she walked away. She held a constant demeanor of «I’ve got something else I could be doing right now». The food is brought to us and it was absolutely horrible. My chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, and her chicken was SUPER tough. It was like cutting through beef jerky. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress would be asking us things as she walked by, and wouldn’t even stop to ask them, just would keep on moving. We will never come back here.

You can’t go to this place without trying the tenders. I haven’t found a place yet with tenders that can even compare. I’m a chicken nugget/tender aficionado(though I do enjoy a great burger every now and then). The portion is huge as well so you’ll have some leftover for another time. I have tried other dishes here but the tenders are my all time favorite. I get them with the side of fries and mashed potatoes. I use the mashed potatoes as a dip for the tenders basically. The artichoke dip and nachos are the absolute best. When I was there the interior was nice. There was only one time I didn’t like the service. It was when the servers and bus boys were looking at me covering their mouths talking. I guess we did look like a rowdy bunch of kids at the time. Now I’m in Michigan and the closet one is over an hour away.

We just left the restaurant and had to give a full five stars! Jon was our waiter and its becoming less common to have phenomenal service anymore, but he was amazing! I hunted down the manager before leaving to dote on him. The ribs literally just fell off the bone. The steak was cooked perfectly. Texas cheese fries were fresh, hot, and oh so gooey! And the croissants were flaky and fluffy. The best date night we’ve had in a long time!

We were not greeted when we came in. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to podium to seat us. Then we were ignored for 20 minutes before keaving. Never came to the table to ask what we would like to drink. We were sat by the kitchen. There was a trail of trash from the table to kitchen and down hallway towards restrooms. Woman’s restrooms was overflowing with trash. It was in the sink and all over the floor. We left and went to logans next door. Great service and smiles here!

I am astonished that this place has 3 ½ stars. I must order all the wrong things. Nothing has been good. Although, it was not really bad either. Waitstaff always seem to be short. And this is definitely not a place to go for romantic date. Much too loud.

Service was good and food was average. The reason for the poor review is the filthy women’s restroom at 1:00 pm. They couldn’t have been open but a couple of hours. Stalls with no toilet paper, full trash cans, and yes, fecal matter spread on stall wall. I reported to management but did not hang around to see if they cleaned. Thankfully the Cheddar’s in Louisville on Westport Road has higher standards!

Food is competitively priced. Quality is so so. Was served brown tinged lemons for water garnish and service was sub par. Overall a bit of a mixed bag.

A wonderful little spot my boyfriend and I both enjoy. Even at peak dinner hours, our wait wasn’t very long and we were seated almost immediately. My favorite dish is by far the Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad, but there steak was also delicious. My boyfriend was not overly thrilled by his ribs, but he greatly enjoyed the Tilapia and the Idaho Mashed Potatoes. Our servers have always been phenomenal.

This was our 1st time at Cheddar’s and there was nothing memorable to make me want to come back. In the interest of full disclosure I am currently have some problems with my teeth and can’t chew alot but I ordered the Chicken Tortilla soup and Cheddar French fries. I sent the soup back because there was no chicken in it. The cheddar fries were loaded with cheese but it wasn’t melted:/ The prices seemed ok and our waitress was ok as well.

Good food and didn’t break the bank. They give you lots of food and we leave with a meal for the next day! ;-) oh stay away from the grilled fish Taco’s unless you like soggy tortillas.

We usually have a good experience at Cheddars but the last time we were there it was not a very good experience — We were seated in a back dining room at first we were the only couple back there , well you would think we would get our food in a timely manner but after more people were seated we were swept under the rug people were eating and paying their tab before we received our food after 40 or so my wife said her steak wasn’t hot and my rack of ribs were warm –the server didn’t even offer dessert and she picked up that we were not happy, she actually forgot our food it was sitting in the kitchen awhile we got a slight sorry, she started out as a good server but I was not thrilled with the end result(If someone from Cheddars reads this review) I also posted on Cheddars web site have not heard anything yet and the was mid March (email me at )

Every time I come here I get the bourbon glazed salmon. It’s the best thing I’ve had here. Usually for appetizer I get the spinach dip, which is also very yummy. Service is usually friendly, but sometimes can be a bit slow. You can’t beat the prices and their cookie dessert is the bomb!

Having heard many good things about cheddars, I was excited to check it out this afternoon. My son, husband and I were greeted coldly by the host who clearly did not want to be there. Our waitress was either overwhelmed or uninterested in us and our dining experience. Hoping for good food at this point. My Cajun pasta was cold and had no sausage as stated in the menu. Mac-n-cheese was the worst Ive had(and cold) I will say my son had a good ribeye for a good price. Waitress dropped check off and did not offer dessert.(I was planning on ordering) I will try cheddars again. But, NOTATTHISLOCATION!

An over-abundance of food does not make you forget if that food is just — blah. I had an appetizer sized order of chicken fingers and fries that would have fed a family of four. They were OK. Not the best ever, not the worst. Everyone else had the same feeling about their enormous platters of food. Like many chain restaurants, this place is just too much… the bread is good though. And I’m sure they’ll give you as much as you want.

I’ve visited this location several times for lunch. I work nearby and used to bring customers here, but due to the slowwwww service, I’ve quit mentioning it. They’re typically not crowded, but somehow manage to take an ungodly amount of time to bring food out. During one lunch, a co-worker and I both ordered a chicken tender salad. The salads took forty minutes to come out of the kitchen. Service has been hit or miss. Multiple times I’ve had servers that have complained about their own job.

My second time here at Cheddars just different location. this time tried the Hawaiian chicken sandwich it was awesome. Service was very good and we were seated right away. My husband had the shrimp and he said he would also recommend it to others. We did the onion ring appetizer.. Yummy.. we will definitely stop again on more road trips.

This is a pretty good chain restaurant. Prices were decent, especially the kids menu prices. The food was okay. Our pasta dishes were light on sauce and the steak and shrimp combo was average at best. The two highlights of the meal were the spinach dip and the fruit & yogurt side dish. Both delicious. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is very loud. Which was good since we had children with us, difficult for conversation though.

The atmosphere in Cheddar’s was pretty nice — I enjoyed looking at some of the neat features like a fan made with these giant straw-like blades. The kids enjoyed checking out the aquarium that held a variety of fish. There are a number of TVs for those wanting to watch whatever the big game is. Bathrooms were clean, and there was plentiful parking. Food-wise, the menu is quite large. Based on reactions from those in my group, I’d say the favorites were certainly any of the comfort foods or Southern favorites, like the chicken and waffles.(Basically, everyone who got something fried enjoyed their dish — ha!). Those who tried lighter dishes(soup, salad) were not as wow’ed. So if you’re in the mood for some comfort food, this might be a good place to check out. I was surprised and impressed to find that they have a nicely-sized gluten free menu available upon request. Service was only so-so. On one hand, when a side dish came out incorrectly, our server was quick to get the correct one out. But then when we were waiting on to-go boxes and the check, we had to call her over from the nearby TV. Don’t get me wrong — it’s one thing to glance at the TV and check the score. It’s another to actually watch the game when you’ve got customers waiting. Overall, I would say this is a decent option.
