We went there on a Saturday night, so that’s my fault. I’m pretty sure they had more kids and adults than what should be allowed. I honestly couldn’t believe how dirty it was. Food all over the tables and floor. Surprisingly the bathroom didn’t seem too bad. The most annoying part, a ton of the machines weren’t working. My daughter won the ‘jackpot’ twice on the same machine. She was supposed to get 50 tickets and both times it only gave her 3. The worker knew this was something that always happens.

I wish there was a nicer Chuck E Cheeses in this area. I’d happily drive a distance. This one in Florence is very run down, dark and dirty. Many of the games don’t work and there is a clear lack of good mgmt.

Wow this was poorly managed. Many machines were out of order and anything that needed to be filled was empty (drink fountains, napkin dispensers, vending machines).

We went to Chuck E Cheese’s yesterday for our son’s birthday party. I know, I know the question is «Am I outta my mind?» We told our son 1 time and he wanted to do it this year.
Never having a party here before we had no idea of what was going to go on. We got there and was greeted at the door by our hostess (Jessica) she was amazing. Explained when the food would be out, when the kids had playtime, cake, Chuck E meet and birthday song, and Ticket blaster booth. Everything happened right on time and it couldn’t of gone smoother!
Thanks for everything you made his 5th Birthday amazing! We will definately be back for our daughter’s 5th!
