My fiancé and I went to Men’s Warehouse today to get started with the tuxedo rentals for our wedding in April. We are going to be in NY for the wedding and had a lot of questions for the staff. We also didn’t really have a good idea about what we were looking for. Greg and Becky were the associates who helped us — they were AMAZING! Everyone in the store was very friendly.

There were 2 workers standing outside smoking as we came in. We walked around the store for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I understand it was peak prom/wedding season, but that’s no excuse for completely ignoring a customer. So we gave up, walked out (the smoking guys were still out there puffing away) and took our business elsewhere. They lost out on a $ 1000 sale.
