After 2 years contract expire it auto renew my contract without my consent. They say it was in the contract when I first sign up. It’s a total rip off scam. I have to pay 5 months remaining for cancellation fee of $ 500+ on top of bad service and connection. They lost my business for life!

I have had NOTHING but problems with Cincinnati bell!!! From there cell phone service to Internet/​cable. I will never use there services again. They are unprofessional, liars, and scammers. They charged me for two cable boxes, I have one tv!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Trust me, stay away from Cincinnati bell.

I was not a fan of this store at all. The staff was short and unhelpful, and really was trying to screw me over, I went to the Crestview Hills Mall and the Cincinnati Bell store there was MUCH MUCH more helpful, avoid the mall’s store. Told me a phone would be $ 500 or that i would have to go 2 months without one while it was sent in, and they wouldn’t loan me a phone either. Crestview gave me the brand new phone for $ 100.
