Worst DD ever! Never ever had an experience like this at a DD. They were sooooo sloooow… They got my friend’s coffee wrong and when my friend said she was celiac so they needed to put gloves on to make her a new one, all there of them snickered with NO attempt to hide their ridicule. My iced coffee was as white as milk bc I asked for extra extra cream(didn’t want milkshake chocolate donut had barely ANY glaze so I had to get a different kind. The manager guy was very nice about it.

I thought this was a perfectly fine DD, especially site I kept my coffee and sat here for about 45 minutes with their free wifi. My chocolate frosted donut was good(don’t tell my wife) and my breakfast wrap sandwich was hot and tasty. The coffee was the same DD as it always is. I’m a fan.

Small iced coffee with with french vanilla(NOT the swirl) and a tiny squirt of liquid sugar is the way to my heart. We have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts several times when driving to and from Georgia/South Carolina destinations(it’s about a 5 minute detour from the highway), and it never lets me down. Clean space, friendly staff and they’ve even have a drive thru if you’re in a hurry. The staff here make the Dunkie’s brand proud! Pro Tip, careful if you’re pulling in or out off W. Gate Place, the driveway is extremely steep!

Good food, great coffee and nice staff. Went for a quick late night snack and got a caramel iced coffee and a sour cream donut. It gets my seal of approval. The guy on duty was very friendly as well.

Have been really disappointed with the service lately. not to mention the poor service they pretty much threw the napkins out the drive through window at me but the fact that it took me 15 min to get ONE medium iced coffee(they made me pull up to bring it out) suck it’s the only one on my way to work. ruins my morning sometimes!

Ok I wasn’t going to do this but I was thinking about it and it bothered me… first off I ordered a large iced coffee with just a little ice 1 sugar and a little milk and an everything bagel with half the cream cheese because normally they overload it with cream cheese so I pay and I’m waiting and some guy walks up and says loudly«everything bagel» so I asked«with cream cheese?» And he just repeated himself and he shoved it at me and says«bye»…then I see the woman who took my order making my coffee and she takes the big cup fills it to the top with ice and puts the rest of the stuff it… stirs it up and says«do you want more ice?» How the f and I gonna put more ice in there YOU filled it with ice… the only part they did right was the sugar… my bagel had almost NO cream cheese so I’m glad I paid for it my bagel was barely toasted it was disappointing over all… it’s a shame it is one of 2 in the area and the other one is out of my way

Have stopped here many times one my way to and from Atlanta. Last week we stopped I wanted my usual ice coffe and I picked up 2 boxes of k-cups. I stood waiting for just under 10 minutes waiting to be waited on. A manager walked by saying«hello» and kept walking. A young girl came over and said something to the manager which made her stop. The girl acknowledged me and punched something into the register while telling the manager«I am clocked out». Another manager came over and the girl said again«I’m clocked out». She said she couldn’t sign on to the register. The second manager told me to go to other register which was by the takeout window. I went over and she, the other manager did not come take care of me. I was looking at the backside of 4 employees. I waited another couple of minutes, pushed my items on the counter and told the manager on my way out I would go somewhere else! I hope this will not become the standard for this store. I will give it one more try.

I like their iced coffee. They are pretty good here! The service is always good. The breakfast wraps are my favorite! I like fact that they have the free donut survey on the receipts.

I wish I could rate this lower. Bathrooms were filthy, the service was terrible, but the food was worst of all. My mom ordered chicken salad, and it was uneatable. All the croissants we ordered were completely mush. There were hardly any donuts or bagels in stock, and everything look old. It definitely tasted old. The coffee was some of the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’m sticking with Starbucks next time.

Good store, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great cup of coffee. Only downside is for travelers; it’s a little too far off the interstate(5 minutes in fact) if you want that great cup of joe. But, that might make it all the more worth while.

I absolutely love the lemon filled powdered doughnuts. They have great chicken salad too if you want lunch. I like they offer breakfast foods, lunch, coffee and doughnits. Unlike Krispy creame.

Since I am from the great Northeast, when I’m in Florence there is no stopping at Starbucks for me. It’s directly to DD for my two daily coffees. DD’s in the Northeast have quick and uncomplicated service. Not here in Florence. Every time I go to the DD there is always some type of mix up or complication either with my coffee order or another customer in line. Listen lady in front of me… How hard is it to decide on which 12 donuts for your dozen? Seriously??? Now, here’s the reason I am writing a review for a DD. No matter when you come here and sit inside to enjoy your coffee and donut and free wi-fi…it smells like cig smoke, and the place is dirty. Even the clerk that took my coffee order had a dirty uniform, gave no greeting or thank you, and shuffled around the store like her feet were stuck to the floor. Oh, maybe they were stuck to the dirty floor. Obviously, the franchise owner and employees couldn’t care less, and rely on the DD brand to keep customers coming back. Wish there were more DD’s to choose from in the area, or Krispy Kreme made better coffee.

We are from Florida and the DD there aren’t very good. I also spend considerable time in Boston, the home of DD. The donuts here are amazingly fresh. The selection was the best I have seen in years. Wow. They even had DD cornhole set outside! Awesome.

Florence has a full fledged doughnut war now that this location has opened up on West Evans Street not even 2 miles from the Krispy Kreme. A full review isn’t necessary since many people have been to a DD. I don’t pick one chain over the other. A fat man can be happy with both places. Despite being open only a short time the staff there seemed organized and knowledgeable about the goods. What are you waiting for, go get your doughnut!
