After driving all night through to the morning, We drove 3 miles out of our way for my favorite coffee. Even at 5:45 am on a Sunday we had happy friendly service. The lovely ladies educated us on the FLAT WHITE which we purchased and are enjoying right now, thank you!

I’ve been in Florence for work and gone here 3 times. The first two times I ordered a drink with coconut milk only told be told after I had paid that they didn’t have any coconut milk. No refund offered. The third time I went this location, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and didn’t move for 10 minutes. I also didn’t see more than 3 people leave the building. They either need to hire more people or open another Starbucks. I’d say it’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve frequented. A few months back they managed to hand out some kind of latte-​frappé-​thing when I ordered a hot chocolate in the drive thru. And being so close to I95, of course I didn’t find out until 3 exits later. They also have a habit of losing in store orders during the morning rush which is also misleading as it should be called the morning slow down. If you want to lose 30 minutes then this is the Starbucks location to do it at. And to think I actually liked Starbucks before moving to Florence.

Slow workers, messed up my order, how hard is to make mango green tea lemonade, first they gave me some red refresher and i said i wanted mango and then they madr a new one they still got it wrong they made Peach so i just left that place never going there again

Decent Starbucks, staffed well with quick service. Has a drive thru that is always busy. They have an outdoor sitting area. The interior is a little small, but I never stay. Average Starbucks which will fullfill your coffee needs.

I basically live at Starbucks. I’ve been to locations all over the U.S. and this location is slower than any location I’ve ever been too and consistently messing up my drinks. I mean, Good lord, how hard is it to make a tea with milk? And God forbid you ask them to remake it. They’ll do it the same bad way and then get mad at you for asking in the first place. Having said that, I have had positive experiences and some of the staff that I know from other locations have moved there and are really sweet. But the consistency of quality service just doesn’t exist here.

The drive through is so incredibly and consistently slow. I moved here from VA and am a frequent customer of Starbucks drive throughs, this is by far the slowest I’ve come across.

We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order kept interrupting us so of course got my order incorrect I found out 10 minutes driving down the road. I called to talk to the manager he said sorry and that’s it next time send your customer a $ 5 gift card for your error.

Perfect coffee every time. It doesn’t matter where you are, you always know exactly what to expect from Starbucks. Great customer service at this location, very friendly employees and a nice atmosphere.

The wife and I stopped by this Starbucks for refueling after stopping at the Harris Teeter across the street to take a few things home with us to Virginia that we can’t find here. Like most every other Starbucks, it gets the «A-​OK» rating for providing a latte that is consistently drinkable, but slightly bitter due to Starbucks signature overroasted beans. Drive-​through operated flawlessly and service was the typical swift and professional standard one comes to expect from Starbucks.

I am an avid morning coffee drinker and as a commuter I find myself usually purchasing coffee on the way to work. Starbucks is a little bit more expensive than just going to Mcdonalds to get a Mcafe — but by going to Mcdonalds my whole day gets ruined because they never know what the heck I’m talking about when I order and iced latte and they ALWAYS make me pull up and wait in the parking space at the drive thru and it makes me SO mad! I would rather pay the extra price and have the pleasant customer service experience I always receive at this Starbucks!
