My husband recently got his eyes examined at another location and went to Eyemart for the lenses and frames. Found out the prescription was wrong and went to the Eyemart Express eye doctor for the correct prescription. However, that was just the beginning. My husband needed no-line transitions, so after waiting two months Eyemart could never get the no-lines bifocal correct. They even told my husband they would call him each time(this happened four times) the eye glasses were ready to be picked-up and never did. They would never admit that they were in the wrong doing when it came to his prescription. My husband finally went to another business and the first time they made his lenses it was absolutely perfect. One more thing to add, we were not the only customers who had ordered the no-line bifocal with transitions and got bad lenses. Not to mention, they never have glasses ready in about an hour. Very disappointed in this place, I know I will not go back to them. Erika is nice, but not worth the headache(husband got them from wrong prescription in lenses) this place brings with bad lenses.

I recently purchased 3 pairs of glasses from Erica. She was so helpful and provided great advice on my purchase. I live in Georgia, however, my good friend in KY recommended while I was visiting to stop in and I was hooked. I hope you open more stores in Georgia, as the nearest one to me is about 2 ½ hours away. Thanks again for a great experience.

I needed a eye exam and forgot to make an appointment, I went in to see if I could do a walk in and was 1. Not greeted 2. They were rude and VERY unhelpful. I ended up walking out because of how rude the people at the desk were. You lost a customer! Instead I went up the street to a different eye place and spent my money there. Next time try not to have a bad attitude when you come into work.

My glasses broke and I needed new ones quickly. I went for my eye exam at 10am and had my new glasses by 2pm. Good service and reasonable prices.

Unlike the previous Unilocaler, I had a pretty good experience. I was seen for my exam as a walk in and didn’t even wait 15 mins. The doctor and her staff were friendly, professional and made solid recommendations for my frames/lenses. They did have a large selection of frames but the pricing is a little confusing(just like EVERY other optical shop) so it was a little pricier than I’d wanted. I still walked out with 3 pairs of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than $ 300. All four pairs were ready in just over an hour which was pretty impressive given the number of customers and the fact that they were troubleshooting a piece of equipment at the time. All in all, I’ll go back. They’re not super-stars by any means but they were friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Very expensive, unprofessional not at all like the T.V. Add. The ten dollar frames were a joke. Two frames with line bifocal. One transition lens and one sunglasses @ the next higher price frame above ten dollars is fifty nine dollars each, out the door was one hundred fifty eight dollars. You can for get the ready in about an hour. They were to busy to get done that day they told me they would be done at one p.m. The next day. So I called at one p.m. And was told it would be about an other hour. Well, it’s been two hours and still waiting. For get the add. Two pair no line bifocal lenses in a bout an hour. It’s not going to happen at the Florence location.
