I used the drive throustaff. Ordered 3 soft and 3 hard tacos. I requested mild sauce. The girl at the window grabbed 4 hot sauce packets for 6 tacos. I don’t do algebra for fast food. Had to go in to get the sauce I asked for in the first place. Was greeted with a dismissive wave and waited 3 minutes to get service. The counter woman was rude when I mentioned that I had to come in because the drive thru messed up. She mumbled a profanity under her breath and asked if I «felt the need for a manager». The fraud of a manager was immediately hostile and dismissive of the complaint. It’s enough that a customer even needs to walk in the door after an error. To be immediately rude and hostile is a step too far. I will never buy food from this filthy hole of a store. We had to throw it all away after getting home anyway. The meat smelled like rot and the tomatoes were slimy. The back kitchen was filthy with black dirt climbing the wall from the red tile floor stained black from filth. The health inspection for this place is an outright fabrication. I would have shut it down from the odors alone. The grease trap smell filled the area with the reek of decomposing fat. Do not eat here. The food is dangerously unsafe from the filthy conditions that food is made near. I seen cleaner kitchens on an episode of hoarders. This place is a blight on an otherwise beautiful place to live.

While the overhaul of the facility has been excellent, the quality of the food has declined severely. We USED to enjoy their beef taco salads as well as several other choices of their faire but the last couple of times the food has been abysmal. The shells for the taco salads looked like they had been stepped on. Great if you are into jigsaw puzzles! Same for the crunchy tacos. To make sure this wasn’t a one off occurence we went back the second night for an identical order and the condition was the same. Additionally the salsa that comes with the taco salad was not just warm or medium, it was down right hot! It’s not that we don’t like hot, it doesn’t like us so we can’t eat it. Past salads have been perfect regarding the salsa. The taco salads were extremely try(not that they should be greasy or ever were). And the final straw was the new use of the paper bags for the salad orders vice the previously used plastic. I’m all for conservation but the paper bags just don’t work for the salad containers(too small). We had to rip the bag to get them out! Over all, the quality of this particular restuarant has gone down severly. While we live here in Florence, we will be crossing this eatery off our list. There are too many other GOOD places here to eat.

It was nasty. Dirty floors. Kitchen looked filthy. Wont EVER be eating there again. The staff was nice, but could tell they really didnt want to be there.

Great food had bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla. Both were good. And to top it off we had everything in out order;) unlike other fast food joints.

This place just completed an extensive remodel inside and out. It’s now as nice as any of the other Mexican restaurants in town. The menu appears to be undergoing an upgrade as well. My favorite lately — Smothered Burrito. Best thing about this place — the service. Everyone in here is friendly, courteous, and knows the menu. I explained I wasn’t interested in mouth-on-fire spicy-ness and Robert recommended leaving off the chipotle sauce. The remaining red sauce was the perfect degree of kick for me. They have a senior lady who handles the lunch crowd with perfect aplomb — even if you do have to repeat your order(remember, put yourself in her shoes and act accordingly — she deserves your patience).

They are going through a pretty extensive outside remodel. Looks great! I can only hope they upgrade the food service as well. Standard Taco Bell fare, but quite friendly.
