First timer at this place. Had a good omelet, it was perfectly cooked. My omelet was the Puebla omelet stuffed with peppers, steak, and cheese. The restaurant is quaint and not much for décor. I’d try it again for sure, the cook did a great job.

Unfortunately Flavors is now closed. It was the best in town as far as I’m concerned.

Best breakfast I’ve had in ages! My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. My bacon was wonderfully crispy and thick cut. They use a mixture of purple & russet potatoes in their o’brien potatoes, which are delicious. There was no need for ketchup. Their coffee was delicious. My husband had the California omelet, which he absolutely loved. Highly recommend and the prices are good.

5 star experience until we received the check. Then a 1-star experience. We happened onto Flavors while in Florence to several days. We ate here for breakfast. It is easy to miss going down the road, but. .. so glad we stopped. It has an «open» feel — bright and clean on the inside. Tables are not crowded at all.(And window sills were clean when we were there — sooo often window sills are horrible!) The menu is very different, and it is hard to choose because so many things looked good. There are omelettes and other items. There are no a la carte items. It was the best omelette I’ve had on our almost 7-week trip. You can choose charro beans instead of potatoes as your side. They are homemade wholes beans with cheese on the top. They were excellent — I could have had a meal of that! When we mentioned that to our server, she shared that some people do get them to take home. She was very nice, helpful, and by herself kept up with all the new guests and ones who were already eating. I had an excellent omelette — chicken that had been simmered in a tomatillo sauce. It was soo good! My husband had an omelette with heirloom tomatoes, asparagus and you could choose the breakfast meat you would like in it — bacon, ham or sausage. Being vegetarian, he asked if he could substitute avocado for the meat. «Yes» He had no meat. Everything was excellent. In fact, the server said they should add that to their menu as a veggie option! Then. . the bill came — and he was charged an extra $ 2.00 for the avocado! He asked our server about it; she checked w/the owner/chef — and he said yes — because of the substitution; the avocado was NOT an addition. We were shocked — and then my husband even shared(he’s a quiet & gentle person) that he should have been informed there would be a charge(and he wouldn’t have gotten the avocado then!) The waitress understood, but. .had to do what her boss said(and we could see on the written order/prices — that there had been a different total on the paper — and it had been changed.) Then my husband shared that it had been a 5-star experience until that point. It was so strange to us that the owner would be willing to loose a 5-star rating for $ 2.00. Later we shared w/each other that we should have gotten the meat we’d paid for to go — since we paid for it!!! We just wanted to leave — So…double check if you do any substituting!

Just had the rosemary chicken sandwich and pork loin sandwich. Both were delicious. The whole menu looks great. Will have to try some other items on a return visit. All lunch items were 8.95. Can’t beat that.

Excellent breakfast and lunch restaurant. Must get the brisket sandwich. One of best ever had. Fries are amazing. Jorge chef /owner very friendly. Wait staff great as well. Avocado Caesar salad quite good. Lots of fun looking, inventive items on the menu. Look forward to coming back when we are back in town.
