Checked this place out the other day, horrible place total waist of my time it took them 1.5 hrs to do a a set of Nexgen nails. I have gotten the service done several times to know what to expect, I asked the nail tech more than four times to trim my nails shorts and she failed to listen when she was done with the powder I looked at them and they looked like 4 year old had done them, her response was I’m not done, when I told her again that they were still to long she tried to cut them down with the trimmer but my nails were to thick from the powder it was impossible, so seeing that I was unhappy she got someone else to come over and help and he had to redo some of the nails because they weren’t done correctly. He apologized for her saying she was just having a bad day. Regardless if you are or not having a bad day you should always do your best if you don’t feel like working then why even be their. I will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever. Their customer service SUCKS! They sat me down at a chair for a pedicure and didn’t come back for an hour… the water became cold I was waiting so long. They continued to help other customers who came in after me. I finally got up and left. Never coming back here. Been here twice and neither experience was good.

I just love Apple nails Lee and Tina make you feel like your family my nails always look perfect and I get compliments all the time. There pedicures are the best too, if you have tired legs you won’t after you leave there. They give the best massages.

I have been doing acrylic nails for a while always disappointed they would not last more than 5 days. use to go to nails for u. I try apple nails and after 2 weeks they are still on.

Manicure done by Tina is the best! The service is great I feel very welcomed when I come in. The shop looks clean and presentable.

Would not recommend for any waxing service. Place appears clean and they were nice enough but when I went in for bottom of legs waxing it wasn’t so great. Girl was telling me the entire time she didn’t like waxing people because she had back issues. They didn’t have the larger strips so she was using the tiny ones… it took forever and she missed lots of places. I won’t try them again.

Easy to get walk in appointment, but very slow and hit or miss quality and customer service. Make sure to have a few hours if going in for a service. Okay in a pinch, especially if you need to walk in.

Clean, friendly, and decent price for services. They do gel manicures as well — sometimes it’s difficult to find a salon that does them. The only downside is that they are pretty busy, but they do try to fit everyone in, and they have a lot of staff. I guess the fact that so many people go there is a testament to their business. I will definitely go there again.
