Small store, but associates are helpful and there is a Sephora!

I am not impressed with the new pricing system. The signs are confusing such as $ 5 and up. Then when I looked for the $ 5 items there was anything on the shelf for that price. The store is clean and organized. It looks much better than most JCP.
The staff in the photo dept are very friendly and knowledgable about their services. Returns are fairly easy even without a seat.
This store has limited boys clothing and a great mens section.
Throughout the store the service is lacking. The sales associates on the floor do not offer to assist in any way. I walked the entire store and not one associate spoke to me. When I questioned an associate she appeared a little bothered by my question and told me I could always order online. She did not offer to help me place an online order.
This is truly disappointing because this is such a nice store but the service other than the photo dept stinks.

I went to this JCP location after going online to order a specific style and size of Levis. The online site allows you to check for availability at your local JPC stoer! how cool is that!?! it would be, if it was true. i found a few of the jeans in the style I wnted, and none in the size i needed. The clerk went in the back to check, and said, there weren’t any in the back. I said the Online site said the Vista Ridge mall had some, and she offered to call them for me. i am so glad she did, becasue they didn’t have them either. She then told me that the Flower mound JCP has a paltry selection compared to the Vista Ridge store. good to know.
