What can I say? Pretty sad establishment when you attempt to call in a to-go order on your way home and no one bothers to answer the phone. Only to pull into the parking lot and see 7 cars and it was 5 hours until closing time on a Saturday night. I wish I could make this up but I can’t.

Pretty freakin horrible. Me and my wife split the cheese fries for an appetizer. There was enough for one person. It was sad portion. It said it came with ranch. It did not. We asked for ranch. Our waitress still didn’t bring it. For our main course we got salad bar and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were burned. It was so obvious when they came out that they were way too dark. Our waitress disappeared for about 30 mins. Before she disappeared, she asked if I wanted more water because my glass was bone dry. So I sat with nothing to drink somewhere around 40 mins. Then she didn’t bring our check until long after we finished eating. And didn’t pick it up for even longer. Actually I’m still here. We were seated at approximately 11:10 am. It is currently 12:45. I am still waiting on the check.

We go to Ruby Tuesday frequently and we don’t understand why they are not busier. The food and service is great! The salad bar has a nice variety and the prices are reasonable. Their drinks are also good and priced right. This time we had the New Orleans Seafood and it was very good. We have had burgers, cooked just the way we ordered and grilled shrimp that was very tasty. I think they have had problems in the past but this has been corrected. We recommend them! Romie Florence, MS

The New Orleans seafood is great. I always order extra parmesan crème sauce to go with the shrimp and fish. Waitress was very polite and patient with us! I havent had the drinks here but the one in Pearl doesnt have drinks that are good at all(cant taste any alcohol) but I do tend to like the stronger drinks more. The bartender said they measure the alcohol content in them so I’m assuming they are the same everywhere. Will come back again!

If I could have given this place a negative«0» I would have. The staff had a slow, not wanting to be here, lackadaisical attitude in the way they worked and carried themselves Dad, hubby & I stopped in here on our way through Jackson MS. This was our second choice since Golden Corral was full. The ½ empty parking should have been a clue but we figured easy in and out. How wrong we were. Once inside the host(who was young man) asked if we wanted a table or a booth. I said a table and he said well I guess I have to clean one off so wait here. We watched him grab a wet towel from a bucket of water(I’m assuming that’s what was in it) and begin to wipe the table. Before he could finish he left the table to go into the back to do something(as we waited) then he came back out and finished wiping down our table. He put the towel back in the bucket picked up our menu’s and walked us to the table where he laid all 3 menu’s on the still wet table. We sat down our waitress took our drink orders(2 teas 1 water) but got the order wrong. She finally came back to take our food order, hubby ordered the mini masters which comes with cheddar cheese, special sauce, fried pickle and French fries. Dad ordered a pretzel cheese burger and French fries and I had the small size chicken tenders with spaghetti squash instead of the fries. As we were waiting for our order, dad & I saw a waitress behind the bar pick up a drink tray that had water on it she turned the tray upside down and poured the water onto an already wet floor(see the picture) & walked over it. We were sitting about 5 feet away & couldn’t believe she did that. During our meal which hubby was missing the fried pickle and sauce as well as short changed on the cheese, we had to ask for silverware other customers got up to ask for napkins and the host that seated us went from dirty table to dirty table not completely cleaning any of them. 2 tables in our area stayed dirty from the time we sat down to the time we got up to leave. I had pretty much lost my appetite so I asked for a to-go box. Once we got the bill I gave the waitress my iPhone with the coupon from for 50% off a second entrée. The waitress said I could use it and took my phone with her after I opened the code. She came back stating that the coupon had already been used. I told her I don’t know how since I’ve been out of the country and just got back today plus she saw me just open the code. She said she would have to get the manager but she left and went to several more tables. When the manager came, I explained it to her she said she would try it also. When she returned, she said that they don’t accept coupons from 3rd party sites although she would take care of it today & that if I wanted coupons I would have to sign up with email. I told her that I just scanned the bar code on the coaster that was sitting on the table in front of me with email she told me that those coasters were outdated and that it may not work. I said oh I didn’t know since it’s right here on the table and it tells you to scan the barcode to get coupons. She apologized but by this time we were past the point of concern as to the prior events my hubby explained to her that she might want to look at her staff. She has a lot of young workers who are not properly supervised needing more adult supervision. We informed her of everything that we had encountered since walking in the door. She politely listened & stated that they were trying to get more help. Hubby & dad informed her that they were trying to help her see not only from a customer’s point of view but from a business side(dad ran a restaurant) and that a customer asked for something that was supposed to come with her meal & the waitress looked as if she had no idea what the customer was talking about. We heard the customer explain it and the waitress said they don’t have it. Dad said«see that customer probably won’t be back» the manager told dad«oh they will they are regular customers». I knew then it was time to go. Hubby & dad said this was the worst Ruby Tuesdays that they had ever eaten at and that this whole experience had ruined them from dining at any Ruby Tuesdays restaurant. On the way out I did grab the card of the general manager and will let him know of this. We spent 1 ½ hours in a restaurant that was more than ½ empty.

Me and my fiancée came in, and there were 3 people waiting at the hostess stand, and no hostess in sight. I should have stopped there but we decided to wait. She kept coming up and walking away. Anyhow, after we were seated, we got our drink orders placed and ordered two hamburgers and salad bar. Salad bar was fine. however after 30 minutes our waitress never stopped by once to refresh our drinks. She did say our food was coming right up but disappeared afterwards. 15 minutes later we went and got the manager, told her what happened. She comped our salads and we left without eating. We went across the street to Applebees and got our food in 20 mins. Will not eat at this location again

I came here for an early dinner. The service was great as I got promptly seated. A waitress came out immediately(it was slow on a Sunday) and got me a water and later a Root Beer. The food is typical Ruby Tuesdays. I had the Prime Burger with all you can eat fries. Good burger to have… only $ 0.50 more than the normal burgers you see on the menu. All the other items did look good and the price was good to me. I saw Lobster tails, a lobster ravioli as well as fish dishes. I did see other tables ordering their food and it did look good when they brought it out. Parking is easy… right outside and right right off Lakeland. I’d come back here for an easy meal. The waitress was quite friendly and told me about all the other places she would go. Amazingly this Ruby Tuesday was about 4th on her list. That is honesty… I’ll come back sooner or later. Good experience.
