just as great this time as the last time we were there!!!

So I ate here tonight with my family and friends after the Floyd Central baseball game. The food was good however the service was awful. I don’t know if it was because the lady was ready to get out of there or because she just didn’t care. To me service a lot because I used to be a waitress and I understood that my money came from good service and whenever I receive bad service I can’t stand it! It took 20 minutes for us to get drinks and when we were finished she didn’t realize and never came and bothered to ask us if we need to boxes or the check. We had to go find her! She also made inappropriate remarks about my baby niece and even gleeked on her at one point, which was very gross. If you don’t know what gleeking is, it is when a person is talking and they spray spit on you. Also we ordered an appetizer their Sam’s nachos and the toppings were good but there weren’t enough chips. I ordered the chicken fingers and they were pretty good and so were the sides that came with it which was macaroni and cheese and their grilled vegetable medley. Plus the prices weren’t that bad. Maybe it was just that lady who waited on us that is making this review so bad but bad service in my book is just as bad as bad food.

Stopped here for a late lunch. The sliders were cooked just as I ordered and were tasty. I took a gamble and ordered the vegetable medley for my side. So many places serve a really bland veggie medley, but Sam’s got it just right. They were so yummy I might consider ordering double vegetables next time.
Definitely looking forward to coming back here and trying other items on the menu.

Great food and service. Fair value. Nice variety of salads sandwiches and beers.
