Applebee here was fantastic. I would definitely return with my friends. The service: FANTASTIC. The server for my table constantly returned to my table asking us if we needed any more drinks and etc. I got a sierra mist, which included free refills, he came back every time my cup was ¾ full. Usually in the restaurants I go to, I have to request the server to refill my cup for me, so having a server come up towards me without me asking is definitely a great thing. 10⁄10 service The cleanliness: My table was extremely clean, I had no problems with it. The restaurant was full and packed, so it was hard to speculate for the whole restaurant, but looking at how fast the servers worked to clean the tables that needed cleaning, I would say the cleanliness of the place was pretty good. 9⁄10 Cleanliness The food: I loved the food I got, Shrimp Linguine, and Honey BBQ Bone in wings. The quality of the food was okay, nothing special. I enjoyed my food and have no bad reviews about it. It’s not those restaurants that you expect 5 star quality. 7⁄10 Food

Worse Applebee’s location I’ve ever been to. Our waiter was extremely unfriendly and rude. Had to ask several workers for our drinks before he decided to bring them to us. Food was terrible.

It’s funny how much I used to like Applebee’s as a kid, but now I hate eating here. This was my first time at this Applebee’s. What I like about this location is that it’s at a small mall that’s not too busy, so there’s always a seat available. But that’s not reason enough to eat here. We ordered from the«2 for $ 26» menu, and even that is paying too much for it. Started with the boneless honey bbq wings and then had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Nothing about the dish was bourbon, and everything tasted so bland. I also had the Apple Chimicheesecake for dessert, which was actually a little better than the other dishes. Our waitress looked like she couldn’t wait to get out of there. She was not attentive at all. No soda refills, when new dishes were brought out old plates were left at the table, etc. Those are basics that you learn at Waiting Tables 101.

I went to many Applebee’s near here: freshmeadows/qcm, bay terrace… I would have to say this one is definitely the worst applebee I been to. Our waitress was super rude. she was like seating/leaning on our coach when we were ordering like ??? Maybe becus we were a bunch of high schoolers but seriously? Its not like we aren’t paying u tips! Orders took forever to come and it honestly just felt like the plate was put into a microwave and served(so surprised. not) I think I’m just going to stick to my fresh meadow applebees!

There service is extremely poor. First the slow service, I don’t know if they are short staff but it took 15minute for the server to take our order. Secondly the server didn’t even introduce herself nor made an attempt to smile as if she didn’t wanna be there. Lastly the room temperature was sub par vs the hallway of the mall too hot to be in.

Went here for Mother’s Day… place was super packed but we only had to wait about 10 min. Hostess was super friendly as was our waitress Ivana. Our food was really on point as well! Got the apps to share(wings and chicken quesadilla. next time we will do a full order of the honey bbq wings which were deeeelish!) Ordered two items from the kids menu for the kiddos, hubby had ribs and i had the thai shrimp salad. We almost finished everything! My salad was fresh, with crisp greens and shrimp, crunchy almonds, etc. omg soo scrumptious! Will definitely be back :)

Simple one word review: Furious Detailed review: This review should have been written approximated 3 years ago. I was at this Applebee’s with a bunch of friends and at the time, my girlfriend, who is now my wife(total of 12 people). We were celebrating her birthday here. We got a pikachu birthday cake for her because she loved Pokémon growing up, who didn’t? The staff was nice in making the accommodations to store the cake. When we were introduced to our waitress, Kimberly, she was nice. When it came for ordering, she was efficient. I honestly don’t like paying for fountain drinks, or any drinks at restaurants, so I usually order tap water. Don’t judge me, its free. Besides that point, I ordered tap water, she said that they tap water is not operational… What!!! At the time, I didn’t think to ask, how will the kitchen cook? Or how will they even wash their hands? At the time, I didn’t really think much of it, so I just ordered a drink, because I had no other choice. Thinking about the situation, I felt as though she wanted everyone to order a drink, because if we were going to too based on a percent, her tip has no by default gotten higher. What really pissed me off was the fact that the table(of 2) next to me was able to order tap water 10 mins after me. A little suspicious? So let’s give her the benefit of the doubt, that perhaps the tap water was not functional, the whole table tried to order tap water… So if it now works, for customer service sake, shouldn’t you offer tap water? She did no such thing. Now, for the birthday cake. It was towards the end of the dinner party and we signaled our waitress Kimberly to bring out the cake. Turns out there was another group celebrating somebody’s birthday, and to top off our bad experience, they switched the cakes. They brought the pikachu cake to the other table just to blow out the candles with their spit. Unplugged all the candles and put our candles on the cake. It looked like somebody shot pikachu’s face with a shotgun, there were holes everywhere. We left, and to this day still regret tipping her anything. The next day, fueled by anger, we went back to talk to a manager, Dante. He ensured us that he would talk to her and offered us to have a free lunch«on him» for our horrible experience. A good gesture I must admit. But not training your staff and letting them to mislead and disappoint your customers, that’s something I won’t support. You lost a customer for life.

Came for happy hour because it’s ½ off appetizers and drinks but waited 30 minutes before being served. Only reason we were served was because I flagged down a waitress who was walking by after serving another table. I asked her what’s going on and she has no idea. What the… In addition to everything, Manager walked by my table twice with cash in his hand. Obviously not doing his job. Fire him and hire a new manager Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because food came out piping hot and fresh and when a waiter waited on us, he was okay. Half price, slow service, fresh food, terrible management. You be the judge.

No more Five Guys in SkyView Center, so we ended up here. Good choice of ours ’cause we really enjoyed the food. We opt in for the 2 for $ 26 pre-fix menu, which includes 1 appetizer and 2 entries! — Boneless Wings with Buffalo Sauce (Lightly breaded, tender chunks of boneless chicken with your choice of sauce) — Sizzling Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp (Cajun-seasoned chicken breast grilled and served on a sizzling skillet with blackened seasoned shrimp, garlic and thyme. Served with fried red potatoes and sauteed onions & mushrooms.) — Fiesta Lime Chicken (Grilled chicken done fiesta-style with zesty lime sauce, Mexi-ranch and jack cheddar cheese. Served with crisp tortilla strips, seasoned rice and freshly made pico de gallo.) DELICIOUSMEALFROMSTARTTOFINISH! Best deal ever! Totally fulfilling and satisfying dinner. Maybe it was a good thing we didn’t get Five Guys lol

Obviously no one expects this this to be a 5 star experience. In fact, the only reason I ended up here was because Five Guys was packed and I was really hungry. Long story short, there is a really young staff here and it shows. Everything took a really long time and was done at the level of McDonald’s. From having anyone acknowledge me at the bar to receiving my(undercooked even though I told them I wanted it well done and was assured it would come that way) food to having to flag someone down to give me the check. They were talking about things at the bar that customers shouldn’t be privy to and jerry-rigging items around the restaurant instead of having them fixed. Not something you want to hear and/or know while you’re eating/drinking there.
