Very good AZ store, conveniently situated right across the street from my favorite Firestone location. Late hours arte a plus. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, more so on the night shift in my experience.

Stony Point, NY
Great service and really friendly people working in this Autozone. 5 stars. Facility were cleaned and organized. It was during the day time, not very busy. Communicated with 4 staffs for infomation and they were extremely helpful. waited a little bit to get the service but no issues at all while replacing my warranted dead battery. Highly recommend other AutoZone customer to come to this location as I have tried other nearby ones. This one is the def my fav in Queens area NY.

Came here to replace a dead battery on my 2010 accord.
However, first road bump was the amount of cars idling in the parking lot. In order for Auto Zone to replace your battery for you, it must be parked in the parking lot. So I had to wait about 15 – 20 mins before someone would leave in order for me to take their spot.
Other than waiting for a parking spot. the service was pretty smooth. Purchasing the battery and having it replaced only took about another 20 – 30 min. The employees that work there just want to get things done as soon as possible which is probably why they have a nasty attitude. But now I have a new battery and they don’t charge you extra to replace it for you, so I can’t complain.

Autozone customer service is usually crap anyhow. This location like most others, employees are standing around & you have to chase after them to help you out, or wait forever.

These guys don’t really know much about cars but they know where the items are in the shelves. That’s more than I can say about pep boys. Oh well. That’s America I guess. Half ass your way to the top.

I haven’t been to this particular AutoZone for probably 10 years.
Before the Fresh Meadows store opened, this was the closest one to me and I usually found myself here once a week or so.
Came here last night because my temperamental German companion needed a new air filter and they were the only store close by with it in stock. Happy to say this is still a great AutoZone location.
Store is still well stocked, hours are still great (7:30AM-11:00PM) and I get the same great service I’ve come to expect from AutoZone over the years.
Always a fan!

I just visit the store and staffs who works there were not helpful. I was there looking for windshield repair kits so I asked 1 of their staff and she told me r6, (I am not sure what r6 meant so I assume its row 6)’ so I went to r6 but couldn’t find what I needed. Then I asked another staff, he told me the same thing but none of them actually showed me where is r6 and where are the repair kit. I ended up standing at r6 for 15−20mins but No One came to help even though they stand at the counter chatting with each other. I will not go back but buy auto parts online

Very bad service with management. I have brake pads on warranty and called the manager on duty to answer a question i had, he was very rude like he was in a rush to get off the phone. i was giving him a phone number to look up my warranty he couldnt find it before i had a chance to tell him i will call him back to find out what phone number my wife may have given him he hung up the phone. This was today at 12:05 pm 11/24/12.I will be very happy when pep boys open up next to my home on northern and i believe 205 street.

I came here to get my battery checked and sure enough I needed a new one. One of the staff helped me pick out one with a warranty and then I had one of the «outside hustling auto mechanics» install it for me for $ 10. I was pleased and will return.

They always have items in stock, service sometimes good sometimes sux ass. And there’s a mechanic in the lot all the time he can help you install it for a small fee lol.

I came here on three occasions for wipers and they were out of stock. In terms of car batteries, Costco and Walmart offer better deals. The plus side is that they have good customer service, but items are not as competitively priced.

They have almost everything for a quick fix for your car. Customer service varies depending on the individual but they always do find you what you need if they have it stock.
