Love it here. The food is always great. But the lines no matter when it is always long wait. Only time you do not have to wait long is for dinner. Service is good too here. Everyone is friendly.

This was my go to spot for cheap decent breakfast. Today was kinda busy. They took my name we waited and watched about 8 other groups of people go ahead of us. 20mins wait turned into a 40min wait. So I notice new customers walking in and getting seated before us. That was enough for me. My baby was hungry and was getting mad. So as a father of father’s day weekend I was pissed. I went to the front and ask hey when do we get seated the lady was like oh I called your name before but you didn’t answer… lies because I was standing right next to the desk. Plus I looked at the sheet and still saw my name on top not even crossed out. I explained to her aka mananger/host and said(if you called a name wouldn’t you cross off the name since they so called didn’t show.) She answered yes. So I pointed out my name and she was like oh sorry yeah your table will be ready in 10mins. that was it for me! Sorry IHOP I will not be coming here ever again. Plus she had the nerve to give me a attitude. I’d rather go to the local diners and pay more for much better service.

Walked in at 10:15pm on Saturday 4÷30÷16 and was told by the manager Carlos that the restaurant was already closed. When I walked out and snapped a picture of the displayed hours on the front window and showed him 11pm closing time he informed me that no customers will be taken 30 – 45 minutes prior to the closing time. Then shouldn’t the sign say no customers to be served 30 – 45 minutes prior to closing? Or is that just«His» rule because it’s a Saturday night and he prefers to be out with friends instead of doing his job and serving the customers in the establishment that he is hired to ensure smooth operation? Very very very unhappy about that. I really wanted some French toast man.

Most of the time it is a long wait. However, we got lucky and didn’t have to wait. Wonderful service and food was great.

I loves me some cinnastack pancakes, like sex on a plate :-) with a side of a bacon temptation omelette. My only complaint is they never seem to clean around the syrup tray not a big deal just a bit sticky

I haven’t been to an IHOP in a loooong time, but I didn’t have a bad experience. The location was great as I was getting my car fixed at Firestone a few businesses over. The boyfriend and I went to have some breakfast. Right off the bat we could tell this was a busy location. We were seated pretty fast(wait time was about 5 minutes). The waitress was nice and efficient. Food came out fast and exactly as ordered. The location seems a bit sketchy as there are signs telling you to park at your own risk, and not to have your child in the bathroom unattended for their safety. I would return to this IHOP as the food and service were good. I wouldn’t go seeking this place out though.

Can’t say this my favorite place in Flushing, but still it’s IHOP. Came here for breakfast one time. Got the cheese, bacon, avocado omelet and T-bone with red velvet pancakes. The omelet was ok, even though it sounded healthy, but everything added together was still almost 1000 calories, not counting the pancakes. The T-bone was awful. I don’t remember the steak tasting this bad in the past. I always ordered T-bone when I went to IHOP. It was so salty and hardly taste like beef. Even though the red velvet pancakes tasted fine, it wasn’t very good looking. They looked dry and the color looked kinda off and dead. I don’t understand how IHOP can mess up pancakes, Don’t park in the back under the tree. We got loads of surprises when we got back to the car in the middle of February. I can’t imagine what’d have happened if it was a summer day.

Came here this morning at around 10am, waiting for 30 minutes to be seated, and took us another 30 minutes to enjoy our breakfast. They are pretty busy, I understand it is probably one or two of American breakfast restaurant in this community. We enjoyed garden omelette, harsh browns… Everything is good. Will come back. It is a little bit noisy, but it is fine to enjoy meal. U know, here is Flushing.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! The space is very limited and uptight. We got seated after a few minutes since it was only two of us. What really surprised me was that the waiters wasn’t really paying attention to the costumers. We had to wave our hands for literally 5 mins just to get our orders taken(not even joking!) The waiting time for the food was about 20 mins. As for the food it was well prepared proportional and filling. So that’s a plus. Again, when we asked for the check we had a hard time getting their attentions. They were all crowded at the cashier having conversations ignoring our needs

I was a little leery of coming here since the reviews were not very flattering, but I decided to give it a shot since I live in the local area and was really in the mood for pancakes. For starters, I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, weekends here are packed! You really need to be patient since the waiting area is small, so is the restaurant and parking lot itself. During my wait I noticed how all the servers were very pleasant and friendly with their customers. Amid the bustling and chaotic sound of plates and cups banging up against each other there was an organized chaos that was beautifully executed and choreographed. As hectic, loud and busy it was, the staff was not phased by it at all. They were all smiling and working together as a team to get the job done! I don’t know what«IHOP Juice» they’re giving their employees, but I want some! The manager and the young lady in charge of taking and calling people’s name on the wait list were all super duper nice and cordial. There was one customer who wanted to pay for 5 separate bills with visa gift cards, but did not know which of her stack of cards were valid. The manager had no problem helping her process this time consuming transaction. After he was done, 5 of her cards were declined but the other ones she had were enough to reconcile the bill. Kudos to you Sir for being so professional, If I were you I would have probably lost my mind! When we finally sat down, Jessica our server was very sweet and took our orders and made sure to come back to check on us. The food is typical IHOP. We ordered the following items. * Coffee for sure, always fresh and delicious. Cheeseburger with fries which was good and priced right! :) * Chicken fried steak with 2 eggs over easy, hash browns and pancakes. Chicken fried steak was moist and the hash browns were perfectly crisped on the outside and the potatoes were moist. *Breakfast sampler crêpe was packed with scrambled eggs and bacon bits smothered in gravy. Delicious crêpe with a hint of sweetness. Overall I was a very happy camper! The food ranked a 4 out of 5, but they get that extra star for Excellence in customer service and working with each other as a team from what I can see. The IHOP corporate team should be very proud of this group of employees and give them a big pat on the back for a job well done! A raise wouldn’t hurt either! :)

I ordered a free stack of rooty tooty pancakes since it I signed up online. I chose the strawberry one which was awesome. I was surprised that I was full from 4 pancakes, but it was the perfect amount for me. My only problem was the waitress wasnt sure what to do with my coupon and she said the picture is needed. She told me to talk to the guy at the front(maybe the manager). It would have been more professional for her to talk to the manager to confirm it. It’s mainly because there was a language barrier of the workers. The manager, Alex, was very helpful and sorted things out quickly. As usual, there will be a wait, which is expected during lunch time.

Came here on a surprisingly busy Friday morning. There was a wait but we were seated pretty fast. The service was fast and on point. The food itself was mediocre. Chicken and waffles was disappointing. Pretty much a stale waffle with heavily breaded chicken fingers. Best part of that meal was the churned butter.

I used to go here a lot for Takeout… Quick in-and-out call 10−15mins in advance. They have long dine-in wait times especially on the weekends 45mins to 1.5 hour, although my gripe is not with the wait time it is with the portion. Specifically, omelettes(country or hearty ham and cheese) they used to have good American-sized portion but for the past few weeks I’m getting 40% smaller than what I got before. Cutting costs this way will also cut customers. Now I just take my business elsewhere. If I feel like having their fancy flavored pancakes I might visit them again… MIGHT

This place gets really crowded on the weekend, but it is easier to get seating after 1pm. They have their own parking lot that fits about 15 cars, give or take. The location itself is very small, but homey. I came here on a Saturday at around 1:15pm and had no trouble of getting seated right away. The waitstaff here is very friendly and attentive. I love how I was able to just pop in, grab a quick bite to eat, and be on my way with no fuss.

I just went to this IHOP location with a friend to catch up. We were seated at the end of the very large booth towards the front of the restaurant with just 1 table and a chair sticking out. It was obviously placed there for a 2 seater since there are rarely 10 people coming in here. When we received our food(which was decent), one of the hostess came over to ask us to move to another seat since there was a big party coming in. We didn’t mind so we move over to another section. The waitress(older woman with blonde hair and glasses) who was assigned to this area looked at us with disgust and sucked her teeth(I guess she was annoyed that she wasn’t getting the tip for this table?). Every time she walked by, she would constantly grill us and have a nasty look on her face like«When are you getting out of my section?» 5 minutes after we finished our food, she stopped by and asked if we could pay the bill since«It’s a Sunday and it’s very busy. You understand right? I’m not kicking you out but you’ve been here a long time. But I’m not kicking you out.» All of the nearby tables were looking towards our direction anticipating our response. I kindly said that we were finishing up and we would be leaving soon. I have never been treated this way in a chain restaurant before and I will not be coming back to this IHOP location ever again. I couldn’t properly enjoy my food and felt extremely embarrassed at the end of my meal. This review is mostly based on the service that I experienced. The food is decent.

I don’t know what happened. A few years ago it was still delicious. Went here over the weekend and waited 30 mins(not too bad). Ordered the Colorado omelette and the steak tips and onions. Colorado omelette was nothing as pictured or described. It was suppose to contain shredded beef but instead I received beef dices. Not that I’m really that particular. It just felt like they didn’t care when preparing the omelette. The taste was mediocre. Steak tips and onions. Disgusting. Beef was powdery. Never had beef like that before. I think it has been sitting out for the entire day. I couldn’t believe no one quality checked it. I doubt they care. The pancakes that came with this meal was on point. Service was really friendly. Still disappointed :(.

I finally understand the low ratings… I believe that just because an establishment is a chain, doesn’t mean it should automatically get less stars… BUT this IHOP is pretty bad. Messed up their signature hash browns and burnt them and served it to the customer anyway? I don’t know~ The rest of the food tasted just ok, but it was pretty unprofessional of them to give us the wrong check. Don’t think I’ll be coming back ever again.

This IHOP location is very small. It’s a weekday so there wasn’t a long wait. We were seated at a roomy booth on the side that is to the right of the kitchen area which is little roomier than the other side of the restaurant. Parking was still a hassle, most ihops have terrible parking lots that are always full. We were greeted right away by our waitress who started off by telling us about the special menu but we knew what we wanted. We ordered right away, our waitress was cheerful and thorough. Our food arrived it was hot and well prepared. I read other reviews that said the pancakes weren’t cooked well, this was not the case here. I actually have no complaints about the food. I read that the manager here is very rude, & I can definitely see that could have been the case with some people he spoke to. I asked him nicely to please make sure we get a table with enough room because my bf is 6.7& we always have difficulty with him fitting comfortably in chairs. The manager seemed to want to brush me off. But I always kill people with kindness. I continue smiling and acting polite & I avoid those situations Over all it was a good experience.

This is the first time in my life where I didn’t feel a tip to waitstaff was warranted. The table that we were seated at was dirty with syrup on the seats. Milk was left there on the table from a previous party, and the syrup rack had old syrup spills all over it(including the signage.) Yuck. It took us 15 minutes to order our food, although we kept trying to get the attention of our waitress. The restaurant wasn’t packed, so the waitress being busy couldn’t have been the issue. She was at the service station having conversations with her coworkers. We were about to leave when another waitress must have felt bad because she came and took our order. Thirty minutes into being here our waitress decided it was time to work. She came and dropped off our plates without saying a word. She forgot the side of hash browns so we asked if she could bring that over. That was the most interaction we had with her until it was time to pay. As for the food… meh. I ordered the 2×2×2 w/coffee. Pancakes were ok, coffee was ok, bacon was ok. I made the mistake of ordering scrambled eggs which was that rubbery egg substitute stuff instead of real eggs. When we were ready to go we saw our waitress walking by and tried to get her attention by saying, «excuse me, miss, can we get the check?» — she threw up her hand with the«one second» gesture and went to go talk to someone, AGAIN. She came back a few minutes later after her gossip sesh was over and we asked again, politely, for the check. We went up to go pay and we noticed her making a beeline for the table as soon as we stood up(not to clean the table, to look for tip money). Then as we were paying she stood right next to the person at the register that was ringing us up. I’m surprised her rude self didn’t hold her hand out. Hope she enjoyed that invisible tip.

I usually don’t like going to any ihop because of how small and packed they can get. But I came here super early with ny dad on a wkday. So today, our service was fast. The waitress was very friendly and had great energy. So that was nice. Anyway, my dad had the Chorizo Fiesta Omelette. It is stuffed with spicy chorizo sausage, roasted peppers, onions, pepper jack cheese and topped with chili sauce and sour cream and a pepper on the side. He had a side of buttermilk pancakes. My dad was happy with it. He left nothing on his plate. I had the create your own sweet crêpe combo. It doesn’t look like a lot of food, but it really filled me up. I had the banana crêpe with nutella. That is always excellent. I also had scrambled eggs, sausage links and the hash brown. I was happy with what I got. I’d recommend coming early on a wkday. This place runs outa parking and get crowded pretty quickly.
