BEWARE Don’t call for delivery at closing. They WILL overcharge you. I called on a later day stating a pie I ordered was $ 22 as displayed on the website and I was instead charged 31 $ plus tax for some bacon, but the no-named worker stated the menu was wrong on the internet and was not his problem then called me a liar before I told him I had a receipt. He then rudely suggested a delivery of their menu without a simple explanation or apology for inconvenience I just think it’s not right to dishonestly trick customers into paying extra during closing times and I don’t wish this experience on anyone.

Ate here a few times… ordered here a few times… prices are always different. When they make a mistake I am blamed… and the person in front is usually rude… I go here because of convience… but hey… if I am to pay 32 $ for a white pie with spinach… I will give the place a bad review… for bread cheese and a little spinach… not sure what these guys are smoking at times…

Wow they really deserve a one star. I ordered chicken wings, small fries and a beef patty with honey mustard and they told me it came out to 19 dollars. I asked nicely why it came out to 19 dollars which didn’t make sense and they put me on hold for 5 minutes explained the charges really fast and told me it was right. They were also very rude. I said okay and asked for a receipt and they hung up on me! I looked at their menu on google and the charges still didn’t seem right so I called back. They explained the charges to me again and told me it was right when the calculation was clearly wrong. I was getting tired of arguing with the guy on the phone so I decided to take out the small fries and the honey mustard. That way is very simple to calculate. By the time the delivery guy came he told me it came out to 15.50. I only ordered chicken wings and beef patty. There’s no way it would come out to 15.50. So I found out WITH the French fries and honey mustard with chicken wings and beef patty comes out to 15.50. It was on the receipt so that’s how I found out. I still have no idea why they told me numerous times that it was 19 dollars for what I ordered when it’s not. Also the funny thing is they expected me to pay for the fries and honey mustard which I cancelled. I called back and asked them why they charged me and they said it was my fault for changing the order. So basically they were going to take my money for something I never got and cancelled. That is just wrong. If you make a mistake the right thing to do is apologize instead of blaming your customers. I am beyond disappointed. Becareful. Always know what you’re paying for cause ginos will overcharge you without you knowing! Other customers are aware of that!

First off I called and ordered a medium pie for pick up. They gave me a small pie with no plates. I went back in to get plates they gave me 2 plates. People behind the counter are friendly but always finish their convos before helping a customer, unless there’s one person that was just listening to the convo… Then the person listening would come over and help. Also feel very uncomfortable in there. It consists mostly of males…

My go-to place for pizza when I want to satisfy my periodic cravings for it. I’m not crazy about this restaurant but their pizza is pretty good. I always usually get a regular slice. I’ve tried the spicy buffalo chicken, basil and marinara ones too and they’re all okay. I was a little disappointed with their garlic knots. I’m not sure if they were left over from the day before but the ones I got weren’t soft and tasted a bit stale. Tbh, if it wasn’t for the convince of how close Gino’s is to where I live right now, then I’d be more inclined to go to other places.

Food is excellent!!! For a pizzeria this place delivers quality Italian food, better than many Italian restaurants that I’ve been to. You are given a large portion of good food for a very affordable price. Delivery service is excellent as well. I have never waited longer than 45 minutes to receive my food. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, large portions, and good quality food.

The the person that took the order was rude and short over the phone. It is sad because my company spends so much money there and I was personally offended that person over the phone called me sweetie… This place is unprofessional and has bad customer service. I would never give them my business again.

Ok imagine waking Christmas morning as a kid. Seeing the biggest present under the tree wrapped shiny paper, bright bow. You want to get it first. Now imagine a pretty building, all clean and perfect for business. Sad part is looks are deceiving, on line pizza looks so yummy, reality is very bland taste. Below average sauce. Sorry, not impressed with the grandma at all. Really had a lot better.

Clean, friendly staff. The pizza is decent. Their hot food is pretty good, but with somewhat steep prices, relative to other pizzeria restaurants. I have to admit that I am a fan of their avocado salad. Fresh greens, creamy and perfectly ripened avocados, almond slices, cranberries that give a soft sweetness that balances the saltiness of the grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese to give a rich fattiness. The balsamic dressing offers a soft acidity to balance. I live close by so I get this dish when I’m craving a salad.

Pretty good pizza place, a big parking lot, friendly staff. They also have gluten free pizza here. My go to place for pizza since it’s right by my house. Their garlic knots are pretty good too.

Only came her because it was on the neighborhood. Pizza is nothin spacial, and not cheap. Order a big pie, it was ok. Have much better else where in the city. Then order a few garlic nots, they were awful and has not taste. Make sure to check the price total. The guys there over charged me for both times that I ordered.

I’ve been ordering here for last few years. Normally I placed order online. Today, I tried to place order over the phone… it seems they were busy or out of hand. They placed me in talk with one after another to repeat address and phone number with attitude. Worst customer service I’ve had. No more Gino’s. Bad experience ever…

Live in the neighborhood and been coming here for a while. The pizza is decent. Nothing great but it does the trick when you’re craving for something greasy or for something cold(Italian Ice). My problem and reason for writing this review is because everytime I come to this pizzeria, I am always charged a different price for the same order. I usually get a specialty slice(buffalo chicken), certain days it’s $ 4, some days it’s $ 4.50 and even $ 4.25. Now I wouldn’t care much about the 50 cents differences if its only the pizza but it’s also other items on the menu. A small Italian Ice goes from $ 2 – 3 overnight. Went back the other day and it was $ 2.50 for a small. It would be great if they had a menu that actually show their price but its cover with a poster. Stating that the price have been changed… the poster has been up there over a year now. Please just decide on a price.

I love Gino’s! It’s truly my favorite pizza place. I’ve been coming here ever since I was young. The pizza is delicious. The menu has great options available to you if you’re not in the mood for pizza. The workers are so friendly and respectful. I always feel welcome when I walk in. The service is fast and the interior of the restaurant is clean and comfy. They also have delicious Italian ice flavors! Also, the delivery is pretty quick. It’s a great neighborhood place. Definitely give it a try!

I placed a simple order and sadly the ice cream arrived melted. The restaurant explanation was that I had to accept the«soup ice cream» because of the weather. I explained that the delivery person was responsible to have the appropriate tools to deliver cold and hot food at the right temperature still they didn’t care. I posted a picture of their bad service

Cannoli was AMAZING and the delivery was incredibly fast! I ordered a cheese pizza pie and it was pretty good. However, the cannoli was so good that I wish I ordered more of them instead of the pie hahaha! Five stars!

It was my first time trying Gino’s. I’ve never tasted such a great spinach & cheese calzone in my life. My boyfriend had the chicken, bacon and cheese pizza & after he was done with the first slice he got another one. Although small and busy, you can tell they take their time preparing their food and the pizza is always fresh. They even have homemade pizza sauce and marinera sauce which by the way tastes like heaven. Minus one star for the wait tho :/I waited like legit 10 minutes to order my food and I was standing right in front. Its okay though, they are forgiven. I can’t wait to try their pastas and other foods.
