Came here three times. The first time I came her because we had some errands to do in Flushing. The second times I want to go to the Hall of Science. The third time I was attending Mega Academy and wanted to come here for lunch.

The service is really fast and good. The spare rib noodle soup is the best. It’s really flavorful and more than enough for a meal. Overall, very delicious and would definitely recommend ! It’s a little greasy but it’s packed with flavor.

One of the best marinated appetizer place sun Flushing, hands down! Try their smoked chicken, smoked duck, jelly fish… Soooooo many! Lost one star because it’s quite expensive

Good people good food, cheap price, fast service, No frills. Thumbs up. They been here a few years now and things are looking good. It’s a busy spot, but fast service. They speak English too. Beef Noodle, Pork Rib Noodle are tops. The side dishes are worth checking out too.

I used to come here all the time by myself for noodles but I stopped because it’s not the same anymore. Their noodles are not as good as before. It doesn’t really have much flavor to it. Their sweet and sour ribs are WAY too sour, it tastes like they dumped a whole tub of vinegar into it. Hopefully it goes back to the way before.

3.5 stars This place is tiny. I think there were 2 small tables and some stools at the counter. Some staff were having lunch at the counter but they graciously moved for us. We ordered in English and the lady understood perfectly so I don’t think pointing is necessary. We were going to have a big dinner that night so we just wanted to share a few things. Of course I had to get the crispy pork belly for L and I got the stewed beef noodle soup. Crispy pork belly tastes clean, but it’s just something to snack on. It’s not really meaty. I liked it but I prefer when I make my own rendered pork belly, more meat. I agree with one Unilocaled, it’s very one note, so I did get tired of eating it. The stewed beef was flavorful, very tender, lots of spices. Cilantro, some veggies. I enjoyed it, but I should’ve gotten the Beef tendon instead. That’s usually what I get. The noodle soup was good, but I didn’t really like the veggies in it and it was perhaps just a touch too much spice. I prefer the noodle shop at one of the malls so it’s just my preference.

I ordered the Stewed Spareribs Noodle Soup, and it was spectacular! At first sip, the soup tasted too light, but as I continued eating, I realized the lightness prevented me from getting overwhelmed with flavor. The noodles had the perfect amount of chew and tasted super fresh. The ribs were stewed until the meat melted off the bone, and the tendon was soft. Towards the end, I found two chunks of small bone, and they were so soft that I could chew them and swallow them. They were almost the consistency of marrow. Yum!

My friend told me to try this place so we ended up going. It’s away from crowded Main Street and the exterior didn’t look like anything special. When my friend ordered me the soup with the beef, I tried it and immediately was in love with it. The noodles were perfectly cook and the beef fell off the bone. It was such a warm savory soup. It was inexpensive too. I think the soup was 6 $ and totally worth it. Best soup for your money.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! We have been coming here for almost a year now and we love it! Found it through Unilocal! Our 3 girls love noodles and we thought the hand pulled noodle stations in the food courts in flushing were good, this is better. The noodles are not hand made, but the soup they make are awesome! My girls can always eat here without complaints. The also like the wontons, little meat and lots of skin! There is not much seating, but even for us, a family of 5, we can get seats if we wait a bit. You also have to try their sweet and sour pork ribs, so yummy!

Really good. –Fried crispy pork belly($ 5.50): good. The thin pieces of pork are nicely cooked; crispy without being burnt. And the pork is a good mix of meat and fat. We received these at room temperature and still liked them. But I imagine them being amazing if cooked fresh to order. These reminded me of salt baked spareribs. Only, these are not spicy or salty at all. These are sold in two sizes. We got the small and it was plenty. –Wonton soup Wenzhou style($ 4): good. The broth in this dish is really light and flavorful. The wontons here are similar to Fuzhou wontons(not much meat, with lots of wonton wrap). So if you’re looking for meaty Hong Kong style wontons, this is not for you. But we really liked the mild flavor of this soup and wontons. –Stewed beef noodles or rice noodle soup($ 6.50): really good. The broth was full of flavor with just a slight bit of spice. Good amount of tender beef, noodles, and fresh cilantro and pickles. –Tea egg(2 for $ 1): good. Slightly mild flavor, but still enjoyable. I appreciate that it wasn’t overcooked. This place has two small two seater tables, and about five counter seats. It was pretty busy when we went. Due to its limited seating, we had our toddler sit on my lap. The lady working was kind enough to ask if we needed an extra chair, but we declined. We didn’t want to cramp up an already small place. You could physically get a stroller and/or wheelchair inside(since the business is more square, than it is long and narrow), but I wouldn’t recommend it. There were tons of people coming in and out. They serve more traditional and adventurous food items, but they also serve more basic dishes as well, so definitely kid friendly. Cash only.

Walk in. Get a menu. Point to braised beef tendon soup. In 5 minutes you will have the most savory amazing soup in the world. Its spicy and vinegary and so damn good who cares that they are yelling and screaming and that you are 1 inch away from the other table! Its only 6 bucks! The best 6 bucks I’ve ever spent! Everyone is eating the same thing. There are 4 bar stools and 2 small tables. Run here people dont walk.

Indeed! This is a hidden gem in Queens. I found really good reviews here on Unilocal so I decided to take everybody’s word for it. And I was so happy I did. I tried the pork rib soup… one of the best Asian soups I have tried! And the famous fried crispy pork belly… also so delicious. My daughter(3 years old) enjoyed her seaweed soup and I took some food home for my twins and they ate it all. They don’t like meat but they loved the ribs from the soup. The owner is really nice. She was cleaning all the time. You could tell it’s all really clean. Will definitely be back soon.

Just when I thought this place is away from Main Street, Flushing it would be quiet… Nopes! The crowd goes to where good food is! With about ten seats only(two small tables for two and five stools at the bar), this place it literally what we all call a ‘hole in the wall’ spot. A good friend and I got a seat at the bar with a view of different marinated cold appetizers and workers busy packing them up. We started with appetizers: the infamous Fried Pork Belly and their take on Spicy Beef and Tendon. Fried Pork Belly is beautifully deep-fried in a golden brown color. Each piece was so crispy and crunchy. It does take a little bit of effort to chew but put some sriracha and chili oil; just to spice it up a notch! Wen Zhou Wonton Soup. It was a rainy day, I just got rained on… and this was the perfect dish to fix that. I did love how simple but tasty at the same time this dish was. There were strips of fried egg, seaweed, spinach, scallions, and minced meat that tops the wonton soup. The wontons had a very small meat filling with dough flying around; similar to Fujianese wontons but with much more. My friend calls them ‘ghost wontons’ perhaps he meant that it looked like those ghost tissues that we all made for Halloween back in elementary school… haha yes?! I didn’t taste much from the wontons themselves but the soup was there to save the day. Braised Beef Tendon Soup was very tasty. What really stood out for me is the pickled vegetables that made the soup so delicious. The beef tendons especially the fatty pieces were so soft and just melts in my mouth. They are not stingy with their proportions: lots of meat and even much more noodles. Definitely worth it! Overall, ideal spot for a quick lunch. No Chinese necessary!

A little hole in the wall that’s not to be missed. Great place for noodles! I always get the noodle soup with ribs in beef soup.

This amazing noodle place is cheap and very tasty. I was clearly not a oval and I don’t speak Chinese, but the cashier helped me out with the menu. My bowl of noodles cost less than $ 10 and it’s a lot of food(I ate the beef noodle)! A great place to eat if the bustle of Main Street is too much for you. It’s quiet and, if I find myself in Flushing again, I’d definitely come back

As a gift for driving my friends home to Flushing on Sunday, I was treated to a take out bag of Fried Crispy Pork Belly and Deep Fried Ribs from Gourmet Noodle and Delicacy on College Point Boulevard. I never made it inside as the traffic and parking situation was a nightmare yesterday, and the best I could do was double(triple) park down the street while my friend ran in to get something for me to nosh on the way home. We had planned to have lunch together, but that was just impossible. As I made my way down to the Long Island Expressway and the BQE, the aroma wafting from the loosely tied plastic bag began to gnaw at my stomach. Bacon, BBQ, Grease… all up in my face. Jeez! I confess to committing a traffic violation by opening the knot with my right hand and popping open the two containers within. Man, if texting is distracting, what is being assaulted by such rich odoriferousness? My eyes started watering as I wished for a third arm. The traffic was stop and go for a while approaching the Verranzano and I was able to sample the goods;(without taking my eyes from the road). It was even worse in Staten Island, so I spend about an hour on back streets finding my way to 440 South, and munching on my delicacies. My. Oh. My. The Pork Belly was like biting into an egg keukel(pardon my Heeb reference) — light, airy, crunchy and undeniably intensely baconated. Oily, too. Parts dissolved in the mouth, while parts required mild chewing. A totally fun sensation. Cholesterol? Please, don’t ask. The Deep Fried Ribs were like my favorite Chinese Spare Ribs in spades. The meat fell off the bone, and maintained the strong tangy taste of a great rib with more mastication needed than the Pork Belly, but with each grind releasing the pent up rib taste in a new and entertaining texture. It was like eating a spare rib cookie! I didn’t eat all of this on the way home, fearing I might OD and get lost. Still, the remainder will be devoured tonight.

3.5 Stars! The food here were good. A bowl of vegetable noodle soup is $ 4. It was flavorful & not greasy. Unlike some other places that we went, the vegetable noodle soup here don’t come with fried egg. Good portion for the price. The place is definitely small, only have about 2 – 3 tables & it was decent, we wouldn’t say the place is clean or dirty but acceptable. They don’t give you any drink(water or tea). The service was good. They were pretty polite. Definitely better than most small Chinese noodle places that we went. If you’re happen to be around the area, we think this place is worth stopping by. Great value!

I come here at least once a week and I always order the sparerib noodle soup. I cant begin to explain how filling and flavorful this soup is. between the homeade noodles and the sparerib that falls off bone I would say this is hands down my favorite noodle shop. Nevermind the appearance but I have observed the place is clean and they seem to have a lot of customers. I love this soup and its only 5.50. You cant beat it!!!

This is going to be a quickie. Zero décor, zero English, pictures are good, pointing is a must, always be polite and smile, seating is limited, noodle soup was excellent. The food: Braised Beef Tendon noodle soup– I have to say, this was probably one of the better bowls of noodle soup I’ve had. The broth was excellent, the pickled veg offered a nice contrast to the very beefy broth. There was an abundance of tendon, almost too much and it was cooked almost to the point of it falling apart. I do wish there were chunks of beef though, one can only eat so much noodles and tendon. Fried Crispy Pork Belly– Yup, no intro really needed. It’s fried pork belly, what? It’s essentially a pork chip. It’s crispy and some bits are slightly chewy, this is definitely something you share. I did like it but it became too one note. Spicy Beef, Tripe & Tendon– I enjoyed this, the beef was cooked really well and the tripe had a nice chew and soaked up the lovely spicy oil. The tendon was nice and jiggly, but it should have been a little more jiggly, if you know what I mean. Stewed Spareribs noodle soup– I thought this dish was OK. The noodles and the broth were nice and the spareribs were«no teeth required» tender, but the flavor of the spareribs was intense. I am not sure if it’s the marinade or Chinese alcohol they use, but there is a very distinct Chinesey taste that comes from the spareribs that was too strong for me.
Braised Boneless Pork Shoulder– I though this was just OK. It was like a boiled piece of pork, the black vinegar was too strong for me. The price isn’t listed and it’s a huge portion, but it turns out it was $ 9 bucks… I will try the fried pork belly next time.
