«Outstanding Chicken and lobster dish» We had steam chicken, clams, lobster and fried fish. All were professional made. The atmosphere is friendly. The location is away from busy street, which is good, but only about 10 minutes from subway. $ 3 Valet parking is available.

I’ve been to this restaurant two times and the food is pretty good. This is your traditional Cantonese cuisine, served in family style. I’ve tried their House Special Chicken, Water Spinach with Preserved Egg, Shrimp with this creamy sauce and broccoli, Stir Fried Pineapple Pork, and Steamed Crab with Glutinous Rice. I recommend all these dishes! The only minor thing was that the steamed crab was tasteless. the rice was good though. Now the reason why I give them 3 stars is because I really care about service and their service was totally lacking. I know it gets busy, but I expect everyone to still be nice and attentive. So first off, my aunt called the restaurant way before to make the reservation at 8PM for a party of 12. On the day of the reservation, my mom arrives at 7:15 and tells the host that she’s here for the reservation, and guess what? The lady tells her that we don’t have a reservation at all when we clearly did make one. Thank God my mom went early or else we would’ve had to WAIT to be seated EVENIFWEDIDMAKE A RESERVATION. Totally ridiculous. The table that they gave us «last minute» was right next to the window too and it was super cold. When my aunt arrived she spoke with the lady and told her that we had a reservation and we would like the table closer to the back where it is warmer for the elders, and she didn’t allow us to move and didn’t seem friendly at all about it. She said that they’ll hold the other lady accountable that took our reservation, but that does NOT help our situation ATALL. You saying that doesn’t do anything nor does it make us feel any better. Throughout the whole dinner, I was freezing cold, and the service was slow. We had like one good server that helped us, but everyone else was not good. For example, when my aunt asked for an extra teacup, the man was walking away shaking his head like he was disappointed or mad. excuse me? Did we do anything to you? We simply asked for a cup. Just horrible. So this is why I will no longer come again. I can get great Cantonese food somewhere else in the area that will ACTUALLY care about their customers and treat them well.

This restaurant has valet parking. You just need to tip the guy $ 3. There’s a big sign saying how much you need to tip. I came here for a family style dinner. The food is pretty good. I liked it. It’s your standard Cantonese cuisine. There wasn’t a bad dish out of all the dishes we ordered. I like the tea that they serve too. Some of the dishes we had were: — Appetizers with jelly fish, cucumber, and more — Conch and snow pea with stuffed shrimp fried tofu — House special spare rib — House special chicken — Steamed fish — Water spinach — Pea shoot — Fried rice — Boiled fresh shrimp — Noodles These dishes are pretty much the common ones. The meal had a mix of seafood, meats, vegetables, rice, and noodles, which makes up a good family style dinner.

This place cooks with vegetable oil. It’s used in their fried rice and everything. Even though i’m allergic to this stuff, the cashier would not cancel my order and also took extremely long to finally admit that they use vegetable oils. Vegetable Oils, I’m referring to processed seed oils like soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil and a few others. Even though they aren’t really vegetables, these oils are commonly referred to as «vegetable oils.» These oils contain very large amounts of biologically active fats called Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are harmful in excess. This does NOT apply to healthy plant oils like olive oil or coconut oil, which are extremely good for you. Humans have been evolving for a very long time, but industrial food processing is brand new. We didn’t start producing vegetable oils until about a hundred years ago. Between the years 1909 and 1999, the consumption of soybean oil increased more than a thousandfold and now supplies about 7% of calories in the U.S. diet(2).

This is our go-to place for family events in Queens. It’s well priced with good quality food. They have a chicken they are famous for –it’s about $ 13, I think it’s a little too oily, but all the guys in my family love it. My absolute favorite is the fried fillet grouper –the fish is unbelievably tender, always steaming hot when I bite into it, fried fresh, but the best part is the garlic/cilantro toppings it comes with. My other favorite dish is the steamed fish. I think it was a black bass –it’s still live in the tanks you can see in the back when you come into the restaurant. With ginger soy sauce and cilantro, it’s light but seasoned perfectly. The fish really shine We also got the sauteed ginger scallion lobster. We got 2 for $ 48. The lobsters were big, meaty and succulent. The surprise of the night was the crispy bean curd. At most places, by the time you get the tofu, the bottom and sides are already soft. But the tofu here was amazingly crispy throughout. And super hot inside, I think I burned my tongue a little. Anyway, very solid, good quality, flavorful food at good prices. The only minus is the«valet» in the back, now they have a new sign that says«tips $ 3 and up»

This place has the worst customer service ever. Your food is not worth for me to get yelled at by your employees. I placed a phone order. They messed up my order because it was loud in the restaurant. The. called me back to yell at me and HUNGUP on me. Don’t you ever dare to call me and yell at me for your mistake!

there’s no need for a valet for a big empty lot in the back, there’s a guy who will demand payment– it’s extortion. Food though is fabulous.

We pick this place since it is close to our home. This place used to be good and pretty tasty, we like to come during the weekends. But today the waiter is being mean to us with his own PMS! He throw the chair around when my uncle told him to move away from our desk. When we asked him to check our missing order, he lied to us that it is in processing and let us wait for half hour.

Excellent Cantonese style Chinese food. They have free valet parking in the rear of the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the T-bone steak and it was very good. We also ordered the usual Cantonese dishes like mayo shrimp, tofu with conch, seafood soup and fish fritters. Every dish did not disappoint. Will definitely return!

DON’T EXPECTYOURRESERVATIONTOBEHONORED! Decided to come here for dinner on a Sunday night with two toddlers and an injured elder. Called ahead to make sure they didn’t have any special event and made a reservation for 10+ at 6:30pm. The hostess told me to come at 7pm because there would be a 10 – 20 mins wait at 6:30pm. Got there before 7pm and saw a few big empty tables. The hostess said it would just be a few minutes. The 10+ of us waited at the door way because there’s no waiting area. The big tables began filling up with people who came AFTER us. Before we know it, it’s 7:30pm. The hostess told us that there’s a table paying their bills and it will be our table next. It was a table that fits 6! At that point, I was pretty angry. She suggested us coming at 7pm so that we don’t have to wait. But ended up waiting for half an hour, getting pushed by a brunch of ppl because the restaurant is so tight, and she’s going to give us a table that fits half of us. Ended up just leaving the restaurant and went to foo kee. So extremely disappointed at their business model. I wish they would have just told me they can’t accommodate us for the night than to have us waited for so long and so uncomfortably. Will never go back.

Look no further for fresh seafood and Cantonese style Chinese cuisine. The service needs retraining … or a hot face towel to wake them up, but the food is delicious. The clams with black bean sauce and steamed whole«live» fish with ginger and scallions were expertly prepared, neither undercooked nor overcooked by more than 30 seconds in each direction, a feat not often seen in other places. A soup of fish maw and crab meat was delicious as well. Their house special chicken dish deserves a special trip out to Flushing all on its own. The owner and manager of the restaurant came to wait on us personally, softening the blow of the otherwise untrained staff.

Ok food but awful awful service. We came on a rainy day, this place had maybe 4 tables in total. We ordered the mushroom beef and the seafood tofu casserole. Both tasted ok. But not the best or the most memorable. The beef portion was small for the price. The waiter came several times trying to take our plates when we were trying to still finish our food. But before they did that they did not once check how we were doing. And they also delivered the bill before we asked for it. What the heck for real? They were not busy anyway. And we barely stayed there for more than 30 mins Awful of them trying to rush the customers out on such a slow night. Will never return to this one again

First of all, how can you possibly serve rice that was practically uncooked?! You’re a restaurant for goodness gracious! And a Chinese one at that! The main staple in a Chinese meal is rice! What’s wrong with you?! I was served uncooked rice, and it was served to two different tables. We had to get fried rice because well, none of us were full. The service was horrible, they were slow and there were complaints all over. But nobody bothered to change it. It was their mistake int he first place for undercooking the rice, so I would expect them to at least take off the fried rice from the meal. But nope. We got charged 81.55 for the whole meal, which we GLADLY did not include the tip. If they had provided us with better service, I probably would have considered giving them at least a $ 5 dollar tip, honestly speaking this didn’t even deserve a $ 1 tip. Be happy we even gave you 45 cents! Towards the middle of the meal, the food we ordered, we saw being given to another table first. We came in at around 5 pm, and they came in at 5:15, so shouldn’t we get our food first? Oh and the servers are very forgetful! We asked for napkins, twice! Didn’t get it. We had to ask the other servers to get it for us. If I could, I would give this place a zero! I am never coming back here again!!! WORSTSERVICEEVER!!!

no more dimsum, thank goodness because they sucked at it! but having family dinner here is alright. the food is good, wide variety, lobster sticky rice special(we always order this every single visit) and they have a downstairs for a more private event. the service of course is lacking. they don’t have enough servers here to accommodate but they try. sometimes it gets overwhelming for them when random families come in for dinner and they least expect it. they also have a small private parking lot in the back which you have to pay«tips» to the guy for watching your car or «valeting» it and they have an extrance from the parking lot to the restaurant which is good.

This restaurant has REALLY slow service. My family and I enter the restaurant, stood for a good 5 minutes even though the owner was just standing there with his arms behind his back just watching the customers eat. After alarming the cashier that we need to be seated, the owner then proceeded to point to where we should sit. However, we waited additional 10 minutes before menus were given to us. When I confronted the waiter that eventually served us, he said there are usually 7 waiters, but because some are out, we are extremely slow. However, I do not think that is the case. Many other customers were also waiting for a waiter to go to them. The waiters and owners are not trained to provide customer service. The reason my family came here was because of an article in the newspaper that stated their chicken as unique and a must-try! The chicken was only okay… nothing special at all! It’s all a gimmick. I ordered 5 dishes 1) Beef Soup — it was a bit bland, but not too bad. 2) Fried Lampchops — flavor is good, but i’ve had better 3) Ong Choi with Garlic — best dish of the night 4) Lobster Steamed Gluttonous Rice — the rice wasnt fully cooked, so it was definitely rushed! but the flavor was quite nice… i wouldn’t order it again though 5) Famous Heng Xiang Chicken — a gimmick but sells out really fast. it’s just has a lot of «chicken» flavor, which Hong Kong people love.

Service was good in the past but now it’s absolutely horrible. Maybe it’s because they aren’t use to the large crowds but as a restaurant they need to expect it. Waited a long time for food on a Saturday night. Messed up on our order and didn’t even apologize. We were celebrating my mothers birthday and it didn’t make a difference if we knew someone who worked there. Tables we’re put together too close making everything a right squeeze. And to top it off… took forever to get someone to give us the bill to leave. I’ll have to think twice coming back here next time

Great restaurant in Flushing. Close by to the 7 train and 2 blocks from main street. The service here is great. Attentive, friendly, and they even know you by name after only 2 visits. I’ve been here for dim sum and dinner and both have been a great meal. Fan of the dimsum here with roving carts. There noodle dishes singapore mei fun is a standout. For dinner i loved their chicken and cashews, snow pea shoots in garlic, and their cantonese lobster. Fast take out service as well. Fan of the establishment and i’ll be definitely back.
