Had I read the review from 2 years ago I might’ve passed on this comany.
I’m glad I didn’t.
I’m quite satisfied with my experience with the current installers from this company. Before I hired them, I took a look at their work at another neighbors house they did a few weeks ago and the work looked good. I requested the same installers. I had 6 units installed in my house. The were able to complete the job in two days. I watched them cut, flange and solder all the copper connections. They took care to try be as neat as possible. They used these covers to cover the black foam covered copper tube. I think my home setup played an ideal part for them to be able to methodically install all the units.
They even helped me fill out my Con Edison rebate forms.
I’ll post updates as the summer goes along. So far all six units are opearting properly. While the installation was taking place all the neighbors came out of the woodwork to ask for business cards. My neighbor across the street just had his six units installation completed yesterday and my other neighbor is setting up an appointment next week.
The company currently has 4 locations so they must be doing something right.

STAY AWAY from their ductless A/​C contracting or installation services.
Owner/​Sales promises a wonderful «would not stop working until satisfied» up front, but ends up short of the same promise leaving work unfinished. Contracted workers have no sense of time and rushed the work with lack of detail.
They have managed to turn what could’ve been a pleasant purchasing experience into a nightmare.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
*UPDATE: THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES!
Not even 1 month after the ductless A/​C installation, our units failed to produce cool air during the hottest days in the summer. After factory trained personnel came and examined, they found the installation were TOTALLY INCORRECT that the original contractor had mixed the cold and heat pipes together! Worst part installer denied he had done anything wrong won’t take responsibility for our warm air spewing A/​C.
Don’t walk, RUN AWAY from this vendor as they lack severely in both business ethics and minimal training!
