If I could give zero stars… Worst.I believe his name is david, helped me with my account. Few days later, changes were not correctly done and I called, only to be told that they could not do anything to fix the issue. So I asked what the point of the store was and I was referred to #611. Save your time and money and just deal with main verizon online or the 800 number directly not a useless store that apparently can not do much. Ive gotten phones for my family from here but I am so disappointed with the attitude of the person I spoke with. I only gave 2 stars bc the girl I normally deal with was an asset but I havent seen her around lately.

I have been going to this place for almost a decade and I have never been disappointed by this place. I remember all of the phones I got from this place, one of them wasn’t even color screen haha. The staff was always kind and knowledgable. I usually deal with Jay and he is awesome! Each time I come here everything gets taken care of quickly and easily. I would not go elsewhere for cell phones. I have referred my family, co-workers and everyone I know to come here to get a cell phone. If you are looking to get a cell phone through Verizon, I would highly recommend this place.

The only reason this review is getting a two-star is because of my previous positive experience at this place. Last time, I dealt with the owner/manager and he was very helpful and courteous. Today, I dealt with another worker. I will just say her initials are EK. My whole family went in to upgrade two phones(into 4g smartphones) and add a new line to our family plan. So basically she was going to make a BIG sale. However, she was not 100% respectful. It’s like she was just respectful on the surface but her tone of voice and words had a certain edge to it. Like relax, okay? We are here to make YOU to look to your manager. Oh and at the end, she managed to erase of all my grandmother’s contacts instead of transferring them to the new phone. She claims that she double checked it and make sure that all contacts were in the new phone before erasing them from the old phone… but when I checked, they weren’t there. And did miss EK care to apologize for that? Absolutely not! So after upgrading two phones, adding a new line and buying 3 new cellphone cases… all we got is a «enjoy your new phone!» I doubt I will be back at this store. EVER.

Been a regular here for about 5 years. Every time I go into the store, whether it be for a phone upgrade, phone technical issue or even just questions, they were happy to assist me. Just recently, I went in to help an exchange between my little cousin’s iPhone 4S with my mother’s Samsung Galaxy S3, and even though it took around 30 minutes wait time(a lot of customers that day!), we were assisted promptly and efficiently.

Why the drastic change? Several big red flags: 1) the htc eris I purchased from them: froze, did not let me make or receive phone calls, battery died after 2 hours, re-starts itself at random times. in other words they sold me a lemon. 2) less than 2.5 month later, the NEW htc eris, died. 3) they insisted on making my life easier by processing my rebate for me & managed to mess up so… I don’t have the full amount of my rebate $$ back 4) they ordered a «like-new» replacement htc eris which also died upon arrival. 5) created excessive back and forth I’ve learned my lesson: don’t go back to a store because your parents wanted to support a Korean-serving establishment. This experience is extremely unfortunate for all parties involved.
