They are usually out of food at this location. I’ve stopped by and ordered drive thru a few times and when I get to the window they tell me they don’t have that in Stock. Also, orders are wrong sometimes and they’ll try charging you twice for one combo so look at the screen very well because don’t think a cheeseburger combo costs almost 15 dollars. Salads here are pretty bad. They don’t even cut the chicken for the salads so you get a huge chunk of chicken the size of your hand. And don’t even have the proper ingredients for the salads, like missing beans and corn for the southwest salads. Sorry why call it that then? Again, always out of food. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

A solid fast food stop! I like this location. The location has friendly staff and the lines move along pretty well. The food has always been fresh and so far my order has never been messed up. The restaurant is kept very clean. The shakes are really tasty here. They are pretty tasty at all Jack in the Box’s so I guess it’s a strong point of the chain. And of course they have curly fries! Big fan of Jack in the Box in general and this is a really good one.

And these girls where booking it and on top of that this was the best jack– in– the-box I’ve ever had thank you for a meal that was worth every cent. 21:308−18−15 best money I’ve spent in a long time keep it up.

It is a Jack in the Box. My personal favorite fast food, and it’s open late. Chicken isn’t the best, but the Bacon ultimate cheeseburger is solid. It isn’t any better than average jack in the box, but it is up to par.

Here was my horrible experience!!! I had the WORST experience in this drive thru hours ago! My sister and I ordered one of the boxes with the burger and tacos, fries and drink. I asked if she could wait a minute, no response. When I asked if she was there, she responded, «Can you wait a minute» and laughed. I gave my order… nothing? I pulled up and she opened the window and asked us, «what do you want… you gonna order?» I dismissed her rudeness(then) and gave my order. I paid with my debit card; she took it, slid it and laid it down. Several minutes later, she brings the food over and tells us, «you didn’t pay.» After arguing with her for a minute, I asked for the receipt and she closed the window on us and walked away! She kept coming back, every thirty seconds or so asking for us to pay, and the entire time we insisted we had paid and to give us back my card; she wouldn’t give us the food or a receipt… the receipt I saw print out when she took my card. She said there was no receipt, that they«crumble them up.» I saw the receipt there and asked for it… she REFUSED to give me my receipt? The cars behind us were honking their horns and people were yelling at US to get going. By this time, I knew her name, your rude employee, was Veronica. She kept opening the window, telling us to move because her«timer» was going off? A man kept peeking around the corner, and I asked if he was the manager and Veronica told me there was NO manager there? Enough was enough. I parked, we went in and asked to speak to the man, who just kept peeking. He came to the counter with the food and said, «here, just take.» I told him I wasn’t going to pay for cold food, to make it new. He went to the back and prepared our food. His name was Demar and on the back of his shirt, it said, «boss.» He told us he was not the manager, «just a cook.» He brings the good up and says, «here, what you want, your money back» and opened the register. I said, «you just opened the register but you’re not a manager?, to which he replied, again, no. I just wanted the food, so I didn’t get my money back, but then Demar said, «whatcha want now?» I told him an explanation or an apology would be nice, to which Demar said, «mmmmm…I was going to say I’m sorry, but now I’m not.» Him, Veronica and another female employee, Patricia laughed and kept on laughing. This is when I asked for their names and the store managers name. The three employees«acted» like they didn’t know each other and asked what each of their names were??? Demar finally told me the store managers name was«Sandra», but she left at 8:00 o’clock. We took our food and left, while still having these employees laughing at us! While in drive thru, when we saw it was going to be a problem, we recorded Veronica at the window and have two minutes worth of her nonsense, going back and forth to Demar, with him looking on… it’s on video! At the time, I just wanted to leave as we had spent(21) minutes total, getting our order. The more I’ve thought about it, the angrier and disgusted I’ve become over the rude, unprofessional and demeaning behavior by your employees. Now, I do want my money back and I still want an apology… we deserve that much, I hope you’d agree?! I will be waiting to hear back from your company, soon. I want to post this video on YouTube but will wait to see your response. If your company can’t make this«right» and own up to its incompetent employees at this store, then the public has a right to know how poor the customer service is. Also, if this a franchise store, I want the name and number of the owner/operator, so they can know how his employees treat his customers.
