Went in the other day and meet a young man named Earl. He was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. It’s not often that you run into a retail guy who is passionate about what they do. I ended up buying a few suites and refuted a Co worker. Thanks for the great service Earl.

I came here late on a Saturday morning with a man in his mid-twenties looking for an(first time) entire professional wardrobe. I suggest this store because I expected knowledgeable and professional service to advise him on sizing and styling of suits and shirts. Upon entering the store, we received barely a hello from the one gentleman working the floor. Granted he was helping a couple at the register, but off the bat I was a bit turned off. We continued to peruse the stacks of shirts and the racks of suits, waiting for the employee to come help us. That never happened. We were left to our own devices, which basically led us nowhere. My companion finally went to try on some shirts, at which point the employee decided to ask if we were doing okay. Upon showing the employee the shirt being tried on, the employee basically in a little more than a grunt said yes that is the right size and fit for you. Needless to say, we left pretty promptly after that. Besides the signage being misleading and inconsistent throughout the store, I am sorely disappointed with the staff. At a menswear specific store, I expect intelligence and professionalism in the assistance received. That was certainly not the case with this individual. Perhaps it would have been better if there had been another staff member, or perhaps this gentleman simply did not want to deal with a young man clearly in need of help. Either way, I am never going back there and neither is my shopping companion.
