Love this store! It has the cutest little homey knick knacks!!! Walked in over the weekend & everything was 30% off!!! Walked out w/a huge clock for $ 42& a cute sign for the kitchen for $ 16. The staff is very helpful & sweet! I always find the cutest decorations there & always make it a point to stop by whenever I’m at the Palladio! If your looking for cute Fall/halloween decorations you should definitely check it out! Almost makes me want to decorate for Halloween! … Almost lol :)

Very cool place! Tons of things for the home in a variety of décor choices. Prices are good and there is something for everyone and every budget. I especially like the HUGE clocks in there! You need a statement piece, this is the place to check out!

Great store with great prices!!! My favorite place to go for gifts! Feel so fortunate that their only California store is practically in my backyard!

Really cute home décor store in the Palladio. Only store in CA from what I overheard. Great for gifts or your own home. SO many things in this store to chose from.

I need a second job… already addicted– this store is so my thing!!! There is stuff for guys and gals. For big budgets and small. For pulling an entire room together or just enhancing what space you already have going on. The staff were very personable and friendly; not to mention handy with a screwdriver when the displayed item we wanted that was high up was the only one in store. The color choices are fab. There are unique drawer pulls, holiday décor items, etc. stop on in, you won’t be disappointed; but you may leave lighter in the wallet! ;)

Finally making a review of this store. I went to the store in June. The salesperson Veronica(I think that was her name) was the best sales associate I have ever met in a retail store. She was so friendly and helpful. She had a lot of design ideas and helped me select great pieces for my new home.

This store has lovely things at what seem like fair prices. My husband and I stopped in a few weeks ago and found a great buffet we were considering for our dining room, but weren’t able to purchase at the moment. I went back in today with my mom to show her some of the cute things I knew she’d like. Sadly, it was a terrible experience. There were two employees working there, it appeared to be one manager and one employee. The manager was reprimanding the employee in a public way. They were having their own conversation, but in a small store, a «private» conversation is easily public, and neither seemed to care that there were customers shopping five feet from them. I feel the manager was being overly condescending to the employee, who was doing a good job of defending herself, but no matter what she said, the manager wasn’t going to let her be right. Very awkward, unprofessional, and an extremely poor management tactic… not to mention void of any customer service sense. On our way out, I let the gal who seemed to be the manager know what I thought of the experience and that I will likely not be spending my $ 500+ on the buffet in their store. I’m only giving one star because of the cute things they have there, but it will be a long while before I consider going back. I hope by then that«manager» is either gone or has undergone some successful management and customer service training.

My friend and I walking by here on Friday, which was the day before opening. I guess we looked curious, because an employee came out and said, «Come on in! We aren’t open until tomorrow but feel free to come take a look!» The employees were very friendly even though it seemed like we might have accidentally disturbed their lunch break. It was pretty cool that they let us come look at all their stuff when they weren’t open yet and obviously still had work to do to get ready for opening. They are a lot like Kirkland’s or Home Goods, but smaller and more unique. Lots of little items to decorate the house with, like signs, candles, small furniture, etc.
