The worst KFC ever… a few times I went during dinner time only to be told they had no breast pieces or wings and I’d have to wait 16 minutes. other times the chicken I did get were nasty. under cooked, got some wings that were black under the skin… terrible. I did e-mail KFC and never heard back. REALLY bad customer service for KFC!!!

This location is filthy. While the staff was pleasant everything was dirty. Greasy Fingerprints everywhere, greasy counters, the racks where the chicken was stored and the glass doors were gross, EVERYTHING was nasty. I wanted a napkin to wipe the spilled soda and mashed potatoes off the seat but the napkin holder(only one on the customer counter) was dirtier than the tables and seating. The floor was covered in food crumbs(large pieces of chicken skin, French fries, hot dogs, etc), spilled soda, the trash cans were coated in ice cream and other greasy and sticky food, and the doors and windows were disgusting. I’ll never go in this place again. And the bathrooms… OMG! I’m not sure which was worse, the bathroom or the food prep and service area. I gave them one star because the young man who served me was very nice and provided good customer service.

After I speak to the upper management and have this person Daniel F. removed from a job where customer service should be a high point for this company which in the past it has been maybe i will purchase from them again. As a Customer I should never have to worry about being called a foul name let alone Bitch not once but twice. There were No foul words said to him except I will see that he should be fired or removed from his job. This was at the Kentucky Fried Chicken /A&W on Iron point in Folsom CA95630. I’ll be going there tomorrow and speak to his manager since he told me he was the manager there has to be someone who works for this company that knows this is not customer service and won’t be tolerated. Just what are we hiring?

Terrible. This is our local KFC which is sad. They never have any fresh chicken. I drove up this evening and was told it would be 30 min for any order of fried chicken. Then the guy gave my frustrated reply an attitude stating that«if you want fresh chicken it’s going to be 30 min». Look. As a consumer I agree I don’t want old chicken, but it’s not my problem this facility can’t manage their time and stock well enough to have fresh chicken at 6:30 pm. So… If you like A&W this place is fine. If you’re looking for chicken try El Pollo loco.

I woke up this morning and had a hankering for Kentucky Fried Chicken. It doesn’t happen often but when it does it is best to answer the call or belly gets upset. After my daughters soccer game we headed to the Colonel’s and I struck pay dirt. Ordered the 3 piece combo with Biscuit, Mashed Potato and Gravy and Corn on the Cob. I think the«Original» KFC chicken breast is one of life’s simple treats but I always find the drumstick and wing as meh. Today the beautiful servers gave me three breast pieces and they were cooked perfectly. The corn and potato tasted wonderful and even the biscuit was moist. Also, they have a new sauce called FLG Sauce. FLG stands for Finger Lickin Good, they have clever marketing people. The sauce needs to be bottled. It is like thousand island mixed with their secret 11 herbs and spices and it rocks and it works on everything. To make sure none of it was wasted I was using it as a spread on celery.

Horrible. The food we ordered was gross. And they forgot my cookie. I do not recommend coming here.

I almost didn’t go here after reading the reviews. What I found is exactly what I expected, which is a standard KFC serving standard KFC food. The floor and bathroom could have used a little more cleaning, but it wasn’t any worse than any other fast food place. The service was fine, the food came out quick, the order was right, everything tasted exactly like all the other KFC I’ve eaten over the last 20 years. The chicken pieces are small, just like they’ve been for decades. Pot pies really do take ~20 minutes to bake unless you want one that’s mushy because its been sitting around for a while. Its their lowest volume seller, so they’re not always going to have one in the oven. They don’t always have every part in every breading style for immediate service. Its always been exactly this same way. So in short, I wouldn’t go to a fast food place for a pot pie and then be surprised when it takes a while to cook, I’d be prepared to wait if you want a bunch of extra crispy legs or some other specific chicken, or be flexible in parts or breading. I’d expect service appropriate for minimum wage earners, although we were treated to respectful fast service. If you like KFC and aren’t expecting gourmet restaurant results, you’ll be perfectly happy here.

This will teach me to pay closer action to my fellow Unilocalers! Chicken tenders that are as tough as shoe leather and not as thick! Out of things that seem standard, e.g., legs, thighs, breast, wings– I mean this is a chicken restaurant, right? But not to be too harsh, the cookie is good.

I live 35 minutes from this location. I ordered a 10 meal with a free cake and popcorn chicken for myself and my toddler son. First they did not have crispy so I had to settle for less than what I wanted. I took my order and drove home, once I opened the bag I saw that there was NO cake and no popcorn chicken! So I called to speak to Kyle, the manager, and he said he would mail me a coupon for a 10 piece meal and popcorn chicken to try to make up for the HORRIBLE service that led to half of my family not being able to eat! Now 2 weeks later still no coupon! I work in Folsom and will never dine here again! By looking at the other reviews my experience is not that far off, I will share my experience with anyone wanting to choose to eat here and caution them of this horrible service!

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely horrific! I got a deal for Coney Island dogs on my phone and brought my daughter here to redeem the offer as an after school treat. The kid working obviously HATES his job. He barely acknowledged us enough to take our order and was quite rude about the whole coupon thing. Then while we were eating we noticed a sign on the wall that said if we filled out an online survey that we would get a free go cup. I did the survey and brought the completion code up to the counter. I stood there for a good five minutes before he even came over to see what I needed. He then told me that to get the free go cup that I had to purchase a drink. I showed him that the signs that were posted on all the walls in the restaurant did not have that caveat written on them. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I called him back and told him that I deserved something for my time and he told me that he definitely could not give me the go cup unless I bought a drink for $ 2.00. I argued back that if that had been included on the sign that I would not have wasted my time on the online survey as I already had a soda from Sam’s club and did not need another one. He finally gave us a root beer float, probably to get rid of us! lol I probably would have let the whole thing go but the kid was a total tool! We will not be coming back.

I won’t be coming back, even if it is the closest kfc to my house, and one of the closest fast food places to my house. Mcdonalds is right across the street if I am hungry enough, anyways. Kfc has forgotten things every time I have come here. Every time. Plus, the times they dont forget things they are always out of things I(or someone else) wants. Im not a family of 5 or anything, often times its me and my boyfriend or just me alone. Im not asking for alot here, just our correct orders. I wish this place was better

You know I have had some problems but never had them with Jenifer which is a true leader and a great customer service manager for the company. I can’t tell you how much it mean’s to have someone like her just care about the customer and not be rude in anyway or fashion. My thought is they are very lucky to have her and I will make sure that she is recognized. Best regards, Mr. MM

ok, I admit I like KFC for their flavor. This store always doesn’t have enough cooked and available for sale… aside from that; I went there and ordered a few thighs and wings. When I got home with my order, I looked inside the box and thought they slaughtered a pigeon. These pieces were so small, I thought it was a joke! Is there any quality control or do most of these managers just sit in their offices and not check their products?

What a joke! I hadn’t visited this KFC in quite awhile after the last bout with questionable food. But after seeing commercials, I really wanted a pot pie for lunch. So I went in again… at 11:30am…lunchtime, right? Not a soul in the pkace except for 2 workers. I was greeted warmly. I ordered the pot pie combo…(insert brake squeeling sound here) ‘I’m sorry… thats going to be an 18 minute wait for those…“ I will never set foot in this restaurant again…

Tastes like chicken! Okay, that’s obvious. It’s also KFC so I’ll cut to the chase… Love that they now have the buckets of grilled chicken(big fan). However, I am not loving the two separate occasions in the last month that I have went through the drive thru only to be told that they ran out of grilled chicken because it’s so popular. WTF!!! The advice given to me by KFC, no joke, was to call ahead to check if it’s available. Um, moving on to other places that can manage a supply chain. Just so I am thorough in my review I did want to mention that this double as an A&W Root Beer as well, but you may want to call ahead for root beer availability as well as I hear it is also popular ;-)

They should really change the name to A&W/KFC. KFC is well, fried poultry(or facsimile, thereof) made by a Colonel… with 11 herbs and spices. And it’s finger lickin’ good. I don’t indulge in KFC as much as I would like. But, ever since the Colonel made sweet love to A&W, and they started to shack up, I’ve been smitten with their spawn. Just hope they don’t Frankenstein my root beer floats with some gawd-awful double-down-type of concoction. It’s bad enough that I secretly wish KFC would make some kind of crispy-chicken-skin french fry abomination. I try not to think too much about the old A&W drive-in on Freeport Blvd… I still have a hole in my heart *tear*. A&W is my absolute favorite root beer in thee whole world. Well, «diet» A&W is my second favorite, and what I drink on a daily basis. So, I just wanted to get out of the car, and leg hump the drive-thru speaker when it told us that they could make our root beer float with Diet A&W root beer(right on to the oldman for asking too)! Yes, this review is totally useless.
