Wendy’s

11:00pm drive thru experience. Ordered food. Pulled up to window. Paid. Then for some reason (probably to keep their service waiting times down), we were asked to drive around the building one time because they had to «drop the meat». Ummmm what? Food was good but we ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries and got 3 separate bags. Weird. Can’t see myself going back to this location.

I eat here regularly and the staff has always been very friendly and nice. I always get the Asian Cashew Chicken salad (chicken on the side) and it is fresh and tasty. I have not ordered their hamburgers, so I can review those, but I know my husband loves the frosty!

I rarely review a fast food restaurant. But, this place has the worst customer service. No ‘hello’ no greeting, just a face that appeared irritated we were there. It was a Monday, about 7:00 pm, no one else in the place. I said ‘hi’ as we walked in, the worker just scowls. The floors were covered in spilled soda, very sticky and no one cleaning it up. This was the second time we have been in this Wendy’s, and the last. Terrible!

Went to Wendy’s today 10/​13/​2015 at 11:26 am and found that one of the staff to be rude, in particular this Tatyana brat who gave me an attitude when I said I wanted bacon on my burger, shrugging her shoulders in disapproval as is to question my decision/​choice. If I wanted strawberry jam with it, it’s my choice, I don’t need to be judged on what I’m ordering. Hope she gets a refresher course on customer service.

Wendy’s is my favorite out of the McDonald’s, Burger King, Carl’s Jr. national big burger chain group. They use fresh beef and it is always seasoned. They have by far the best value menu and the Frosty is always a satisfying treat. My go to is the «Dave’s Hot n Juicy» ¼ lb cheeseburger. They like to be liberal with the mayo and ketchup so I always go without. This location is super friendly as they always let us use multiple coupons. Three of us ate there today and spent 10 bucks. You can’t beat that.

I’ve eaten here many times before, but the last time I went me and my party got bad food poisoning. I had a burger and he had chicken, so I don’t think it was spoiled or tainted meat they probably just have really poor food hygiene practices.

What happened? Used to love Wendy’s but every time I’ve been through the drive through (3x now) I’ve been dissatisfied. Burgers were cold and had apparently been sitting for a long time. I always get the single classic with cheese. This last time I spoke with the manager about my previous visits and that I was dissatisfied. He apologized and gave me my single classic with fries. Fries were super hot and good and burger again was luke warm. Not only that but the bun was to thick and wonder bready. It threw the whole burger to bun ratio out of wack. They must get their buns from a new vendor now. Just tasted really bready and cheap. Anyway 3 strikes and their out. I guess it’s back to braving the rediculously long lines and In and Out across the street.

nice enough staff and good fast food, the veggies on the burgers were actually crisp anytime we went and great chili.

I ordered two items: nuggets and a root beer. They forgot to give me the root beer. How does that happen?

I was the only person at the drive-​thru and there was hardly anybody inside also. I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They gave it to me in under 2 mins, which is worrisome because that indicated pre-​packed food. Anyways the sandwich was good.

Taste the difference fresh makes is one of their slogans. Man I truly wish I had tasted fresh. Decided to stop in here on my way to the Palladio movies and what a mistake. Ordered the triple burger meal and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. They got the order up fast, wasn’t even done getting napkins and ketchup in a cup yet. Got it to my table and looked at the dried sad looking nuggets. Dipped one in bbq sauce hoping it’s just looks but alas no. It was cold, almost rubbery. Checked the rest of them and samething. It’s called way to long in the warmer. Next the fries not even Luke warm. Not even a try at taking the old fries and rewarming in the oil, nope serve em cold. Then the burger. Man beef patties are only good to hold for so long. These had been stewing so long in their own grease they became crispy and COLD still. Wow epic fail. Do not bother going here.

For a walk in order at 1210 pm on a wednesday, my food was ready in two minutes. Number 3 combo. Awesome and food was hot and delicious. Great rush lunch place.

Pretty damn high quality establishment. Service took forever but they were very apologetic about it. I hadnt eaten at Wendys in years and after this experience it might not be so long before I do it again.

After a few visits, it’s OK. The first one was fine. 2^nd visit, we had to wait in the parking lot for an order of 5pc nuggets, drinks and a small cup of chili. Seemed everyone at the drive-​thru was in the parking lot waiting for something. Our food was brought out to us. Great. What about the rest of the stuff?!
Straws missing. Spoon missing. They asked us what sauce we wanted. That was missing, too. Yikes.
3^rd visit was quick. Little older lady at the drive-​thru greeted us with «Hello! Welcome to my Wendy’s!» When I got to the window, she was dressed in a uniform that clearly outranked everyone else. Ha! It may have been really been her Wendy’s. Franchise.

This is probably my fave fast food joint in my hood. Honestly, those people behind the counter are working their «buns» off to make sure your order is correct, hot, fresh and tasty. I’m a State employee (aka broke) so I always order of the value menu. Frosty and Jr Bacon burger always takes care of my junk food needs.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat before going to Red Hawk Casino. The restaurant appears to be pretty new and it’s really clean inside. Our group ordered a bunch of stuff off their value menu and everything was really good and the food was ready fast despite so many miscellaneous items. I recommend the jr. bacon cheeseburger and chili.

Very good Wendy’s here. Their baked potatoes are very creamy and not undercooked like other Wendy’s. Their chili is a good value and is hot and they actually fill up the chili bowl.
