In-N-Out Burger

I have never had an In n Out screw up my order (no cheese). This one was the first. No big deal. But guess what happens? You go right to the end of the line, as though you’re just placing your order. And if they’re busy, that can take a while. They were busy.
Plus, dirty bathrooms. It’s a fast food place, I get it. But normally In n Out bathrooms are clean
The food was fine, just as you’d expect.

The line is outrageous at times but worth it. The burger is simply perfection. Once you get your hands on this burger youll know why i waited 20 sometimes even 30 minutes. And not to mention the staff is extremely friendly.

There turned into a mc donalds there greedy AF i ask for spread for 10 burgers and only gave me 1

HORRIBLE! My sister and I always go to this in n out and she orders veggie burgers all the time. Today, they gave her two pieces of bread and called it a day. No spread, no veggies, nothing. She waited 20 minutes in line for nothing. I tried to look up a number and got a 1800 number for customer service.
The customer service rep was giggling at the whole story which was super rude… she offered to send out a card for another veggie burger but that doesn’t make up for the time, gas or disappointment. I ended up giving her the veggies from my cheeseburger.

If you haven’t been here you must not be from Southern Califirnia. Best burgers around fresh and delicious. The employees are extremely polite and courteous. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!!

Best time to come is right when they open. No line. Yay. Really hit the spot. Classic burger. Family totally demolished everything.

Love this place! food is always good and the secret menu is just the cherry on top. Only bad thing is there is almost always a line for the drive through but for good reason. This is my to go spot on town and if your feeling adventures try the monkey style Burger!

This is one of the best locations in the area along with the one located off the 10 freeway by Ontario Mills. The food is always fresh and the customer service is A+. I’ve had one incident where I sent my food back and NO questions were asked or rude facial expressions. Fundamentals of good customer service!

The food quality is great! But I hate waiting so long to get it. Also, if I don’t eat my burger right away it freezes quick. But without waiting so long and eating it quick I love it the food taste delicious and the animal fries are everything!

Whats not to love about In N Out? I love my cheese burgers animal style. I love my fries with spread. This location had no wait when I stopped by on a Friday evening, which motivated my review. The staff was friendly, food was delicious. Pure so cal bliss.

I stopped here the other day on my way home and their burger was perfect. Some In N’ Out Burger joints are hit n’ miss when it comes to making a double double with a whole grilled onion and peppers. but not this place. The bread was toasted just perfect and the service was fast!
If I’m in the area I’ll be coming back for more!

In Fontana way back before 1999 the only option was McDonald’s or this delicious one of a kind specialties.
This location has been here so long that the drive thru set up here sucks, so don’t come expecting to be «In and Out» of the Drive Thru.
Never the less expect to get it usual greatness.
The environment is mostly family oriented, and the staff maintains the eating area clean.

Everyone complains about the wait but honestly worth the wait. Everything is always fresh, clean, and delicious. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Have been coming here for years. But the quality of this location has gotten bad.
First of all the girl at the counter didn’t greet us or at least say hi she just stood there staring at me. Second, the tables were sticky. Third, our fries were soggy. That was what killed my meal, the fries. I don’t understand how they, of all places! can get some fries wrong. The only saving grace was our burgers, which were up to in n out standard but not even this saved our visit from being bad.
You failed me INnOUT! at least this location… Won’t be coming back to this one anymore.

Rude girl taking my order… Her name is Jennifer. First taking my order down wrong I had to repeat myself 3 times yet she still gets it wrong! To add on to that, she snatches my card off my hand and says «opps sorry» with a very sarcastic tone. If you’re not happy with your work environment, then quit! Don’t take it out on a customer.

You can never ever ever go wrong with an In-​N-​Out burger. Most of the restaurants are all formatted the same so what is nice in one, is most likely nice in them all. Although the prices are slowly increasing, I still would not mind getting some lunch. Very conveniently located not too far from the hospital. Always satisfied after eating here!

Well let me start by saying In-​N-​Out is part of life for So Cal residents. This location is just like the rest of them, I always have a great experience here. The only issue is the design of the drive thru, most of the time it’s roughly a 7 minute turn around.
Without asking, they will hand over some stickers for the kids if they’re present.
I highly recommend this establishment to my fellow Unilocalers. Double double is a must

Oh In n Out of Fontana. I’d give you a lower rating, but your food was still delicious as it is here in OC.
So why does this place get a poor rating? Lady at the counter screwed up my order and I had to repeat myself at least 6 times. I was hungry, cranky, tired… and man the amount of times she could not repeat my order back correctly I wanted to wipe her sharpie eye brows off SO badly! AGHS!
This location is dirty. The tables were sticky, the patrons were questionable, and the fact that I was watching an officer take a statement from a girl right outside the window made me uncomfortable. Perhaps the first few hours in Fontana should have been a preface to what I would experience while trying to catch some grub, but oh gawsh. I’ll pack lunch next time!

This In-​N-​Out Burger location is just a hop, skip, and a jump off the I-​10 Freeway with convenient access both on and off at the Sierra Avenue exit. I was driving down the 10 on a road trip feeling mighty hungry and decided to take a chance on this exit even though I couldn’t see the signs from the freeway. Perhaps I should have been buying lottery tickets that day the way my luck was running, because In-​N-​Out is my FAVORITE fast food burger ever.
Trying to make good time on my long drive home, I opted to use the drive through instead of going inside. The young man standing outside taking orders was very polite and remarkably cheerful in spite of the 97 degree heat he was braving. I ordered a cheeseburger protein style (wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun) which is a great option for those who prefer to eat gluten free or just limit their carbs. If you’re wanting to save on the fat and calories try ordering it without the sauce. The sauce it pretty tasty, but it is a lot more fattening that just getting the ketchup instead.
The line for the drive through was backed up out onto the street, but it didn’t seem to take too long to get my burger and get back on the road.
The burger was good as it always is. The lettuce was crisp, and they wrap the protein style burgers in paper so that you don’t get meat juice or ketchup on your hands while you drive.
Trust me on this one.
