Just so you know, they don’t refill their froyo after 8.
So if there is something you want and its out, youre shit out of luck, and if you question them they get very defensive and rude about it. Don’t have high expectations for customer service or anything.

I honestly, prefer Yogurtland over it. But it was still good. Fair enough. Nothing wrong, except it has same repeated flavors. Yogurtland is just closer. I’m not lazy, but nor do I live right around the corner to Munchies.

I had never been to a Menchies before and I was quite surprised at how good all the yogurt flavors and toppings were. They were addicting! I had two servings! Katie was also super friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m impressed!

Minimal selection for yogurt or sorbet. My problem is im sitting here watching a lady get sample after sample of the same thing while talking to the worker. If everyone did that how are they going to make monkey? Owner needs to review tapes and see this happening

I love this place, its way better than yogurt land. The yogurt is amazing and there are far better topping options. The best part is that it is always clean and the staff is really nice.

Just got yogurt for a snack got charged 5.40 for a size that costs me about three bucks usually. now the cups are only 5 bucks??? Ill never come here again! I dont need to eat 5 bucks worth of yogurt when I only want 3!!!

Here more than I should be. This is a go-​to treat spot for my son and I. I have yet to see them run out of any flavor, really on top of cleaning too. Although I have my favorites, coconut, toasted marshmallow, and peanut buttercup; Even in their absence, I always manage to find a surprising replacement. Pineapple or mudslide? Flavors galore. The toppings always have a good mix, lots of freshly cut fruit, and fun syrups and bits to sprinkle on top. The service is fantastic, and even if they’re faking it (which it doesn’t seem like they are), the staff always presents a sweet, friendly demeanor. I’m here weekly!

My cousin who used to live in LA would always mention how great this froyo franchise was and now I understand! This must be a pretty well-​established franchise because all of their toppings were name-​brand. All of the froyo flavors I tried were fantastic and will definitely come by next time I’m in the area.

Friendly staff, clean place, and fresh fruit! Found this place by accident while looking for something cool to eat. Staff greeted me immediately, helped me when I had a question and finally, the frozen yogurt is awesome. I will be back :)

Love this place but just left here and the worker SERENA was extremely rude. She should not be working around people who want to enjoy good fro yo with an attitude like hers. She didn’t welcome us or greet anyone. Super unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not want a worker like her representing my company.

This is just like most decent yogurt shops… A little over priced .47 cents an ounce equaled about $ 8 a pound but today’s review is solely for Faith, who was working the place during a busy time all by herself. This girl was making the yogurt, filling the condiments and working the cash register all at once and she had a great charm the whole time. She took care of everything and made me feel like I was had the most important yogurt in the store.

I’m not sure who copied who, but Menchie’s and Yogurtland are quite similar — right down to the two colors of spoons each hands out. Both are self-​serve and both offer a wide variety of toppings. Both have scales and charge you based on the amount of weight in your cup (s). Both offer frequent flyer points and incentives. Yogurtland charges .41 per ounce and Menchie’s is .47 per ounce.
While Menchie’s yogurt is tasty, I prefer the flavor options and the overall taste a bit more at Yogurtland. The one thing I like more at Menchie’s is the staff. They’re extra friendly and more engaging.

Looooooove Menchies!!! The workers are always so nice and friendly, and the yogurt is delicious!!! They alway have my favorite (dole pineapple) and the have like a million toppings. I love how clean the place always is and just the super friendly environment.
Oh AND I love how they’re open so late! Friday and Saturday their open till midnight!!!

The staff here are always nice and the frozen yogurt is always great! I’ve been on a Menchies binge the past 3 weeks and my only grip would be that out of the 8 times I went, they only had the cheesecake pieces once. Since that’s one of my favorite toppings, usually the only other topping besides fruit and almonds, its disappointing that they have been out this long. Hopefully they can get it stocked soon;)
*Update. Came back tonight and they were stocked on the cheesecake;)

I LOVE stopping in at Menchie’s. Their staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. That deserves 6 stars! If anything gets the customer back it is GREAT customer service and Menchie’s staff is doing an amazing job at providing outstanding customer service.
My son always looks forward to getting some frozen yogurt and the fact that he can try as many as he can is so great.
My husband and I look forward to their weekly events. They are very interesting and makes it for a «family night out» with our son. The open mic night in November was so great and they one of Menchie’s own was a part of it. (sorry i cant remember her name) but she was so amazing and inspiring. Sharing her singing/​guitar playing talent with the customers was so nice!
This is definately the place to go for frozen yogurt in Fontana.

Excellent service everytime with fresh fruit and multiple toppings. Yogurt is still delicious as always and the Key Lime is a personal fave with marshmallow and Dole Pineapple with dole whip as well. (:
Customer service is excellent and cannot ask for more. Always so welcoming and friendly to where I feel home here.
Ps, mySmileage card is always beneficial because I go here not only for myself but to get yogurt for my family as well. The smiles rack up faster than you believe. (:
