Terrible service and selection! I didn’t see one representative on the floor. They were all behind the counter! The store was so disorganized that I gave up trying to find something. Just go to Staples! So much better in every way!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT bring a business print job that requires multiple copies to this location! This is the third time I’ve been disappointed in the service and delivery. I should have learned my lesson last time when the manager had to deliver it to my house after the store closed.
Stupid me for thinking things would be different this time. They over promise and under deliver. Go to FEDEX/​Kinkos in Rancho. It will be worth the drive.

horrible… terrible selection, no employees to ask for help, when i finally checked out and asked the cashier if they had anymore bluetooth keyboards, he pointed and said down there. i went to that general area where he had grunted and wasn’t surprised to find nothing.
Dude was more concerned with his shitty beard than helping anybody out.
But of course… there were 2 employees in the barren copy department.

This place is never busy, and always has everything in stock. We Just returned a nexus 7 tablet for the new bigger one, that was purchased over a month ago and the had no problem with the exchange. Great staff and the printing services were fast and accurate.

Personable, informative, and really nice. I have to say I love going into a print center when all the people there know EXACTLY what I am talking about.
I order alot there and I really enjoy the quality, the people, and the super quick turn around time.
If your looking for a custom look, a nice print, and ANY printing what so ever, ask for BRENT, he knows and will tell you exactly how it is, how much it costs and when to expect it.

I just came in to make copies of Dad’s tax return.
The copiers worked well, in that, they uh, worked, with plenty of printing options.
The kid behind the cash register surprised me. Normally I encounter one of two types of kid workers: Type A looks at me with disdain because I’m apparently «OLD — like over 25». Type B gives friendly and personable service, no matter with whom they’re dealing.
After I’d paid, I asked him where was the nearest mailbox. He didn’t know. He asked a co-​worker, but the co-​worker also didn’t know. So the kid gets on his walkie-​talkie headset and asks someone elsewhere in the store, then tells me the answer.
I was shocked. The kid could easily have just said he didn’t know, and left it at that. But he didn’t. He went out of his way to give me good service, even though I was only buying a bunch of copies.
