We choose the Hawaiian pizza with ham, cashews and pineapple. It was delicious. The crust was thin and crunchy. I wish I had one of these pizza places in my area.

Love this franchise. Been a customer for over 10 years. Chinese chicken salad and veggie works pizza or BBQ pizza is always the best! Any location, same great taste. I was sad to see the Gelato go :(

Love that they offer vegan cheese! Makes for a delicious vegan pizza. Also, they offer cashews as a topping which is the best topping that very few pizza places offer.

Giving RedBrick Pizza one star is being VERY generous. The pizza was SO thin it tasted like cardboard. I think cardboard would have tasted better than the margarita pizza I had from this restaurant. Also the prices of their pizzas are such a ripoff! If you have any sense don’t waste your money or your tastebuds going to this pizza restaurant.

RedBrick Pizza another place that used to be awesome when it first opened but again the pursuit high profit margins over customer satisfaction ended it. When they first opened Red Brick Pizza differentiated itself from the competition by selling us on the idea of an upscale pizza. They said our gourmet pizzas were fire-roasted for 3 minutes in a brick oven at 1000 degrees to achieve a crisp, brown crust. Now crisp brown crust means burnt cardboard thin crust with greasy cheese. They also offer salads but guess what now the salad comes barely with any toppings and I always have to tell them to add more. Red Brick sold us on idea of elevating the humble pizza to something more gourmet but now their pizza taste no better then a humble digiorno frozen pizza.

Very good pizza for the price of anywhere else. But the place setting and people were wonderful and delightful, highly recommend!

Went in for lunch the other day. The staff that work at this location are great. Very nice, and helpful. The pizza on the other hand was forgetful. Reminded me of cardboard, tomato sauce and cheese. The crust was bland and forgetful. I would rather of bought a frozen Tombstone pizza from the store.

I like coming here once in a while because the pizza is a little different than most places. It’s not the greatest pizza in he world, but it’s not bad either. They also have cool little TV’s at every dining booth which is fun if you’re dining in.

The place has few good beers to choose from but the pizza, is not good. Very little sauce or cheese. Overall just a very bland pizza with a tough chewy crust. Ruined my cheat night from my diet. Customer Service was ok, employees seemed liked they didn’t want to work there but I guess I can’t blame them.

Atmosphere, Food quality, taste, this pace has it all. My family and I go there all the time. It’s gotten so bad that they know us by name! Well not really a bad thing, but saying thats just how good they are! Prices are great for the quality and taste. I highly recommend.

Stopped by for an appetizer. Server obviously licked her fingers and rubbed her nose before serving our food. When we confronted her she only giggled. How disgusting.

Awful red brick. Different menu then what is online, after waiting for 30 min, my food still was not done. I asked just to get my money back and they said it would be ready soon. 10 minutes later my food was ready but the pizza was burnt and they made the order for my salad wrong. I also asked for no tomatoes slices on the pizza and of course they were on there.

I’m so bummed about writing this, but it has to be done. I usually love the salads her but today it was so bad I just can’t go back! The lettuce was old and had pink stuff on it, that is not acceptable. I will never go back!

Red brick pizza is hard to find these days. It was great to go here with my boyfriend as it seems like the economy didn’t change the companies ways. Our first date was at red brick pizza ten years ago and I was excited to know that they still exist! I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. Yes it’s pricey but to be honest the price is worth it. Their pizza is above average and they have friendly staff working there. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews here because they do have the best pizza around. I travel a long ways to come here as I know I won’t be unsatisfied. Thank you!

First & last time there. Went in for pizza & wings but turns out the wings were still frozen when served. Staff is very inattentive sitting at the booths texting away. Never again.

Stumbled across RedBrick because I was starving and happened to pull into the plaza before getting on the freeway. The gentleman that took my order was a bit slow and seemed really lost. He explained that he just started. We all gotta start sometime right? I cut him some slack and cracked a few jokes with him to take the pressure off him. The Pizza Combo($ 10.95) It consists of a small pizza + small salad + regular drink. Not a bad deal I thought. The food took a little long to come out, but the food was DELISCIOUS! Pleasanlty suprised, but the salad was a nice little and simple appetizer. The pizza was a small 4 slices, and when I was done eating everything, I was FULL. Again, the time to make the food took longer than it should have, but the quality was A+

We ended up having dinner here after finding a «Pay $ 15 for $ 30 worth of food and drink» special on Amazon Local. With RedBrick being 21 miles away from our townhouse, we were really looking forward to good pizza. I love good pizza. I grew up in Chicago and absolutely love well made pizza with a decently thick crust, tasty sauce, plentiful toppings and just the right amount of cheese. RedBrick is tucked away in a little strip mall and quite easy to drive past and miss. There’s a large parking lot and it was pretty much empty when we arrived for dinner on a Saturday night. There were a few tables of people eating, which is usually a good sign. Their menu has lots to offer. I really appreciated that I could get a ‘build your own’ pizza with as many toppings as I wanted and it was just one price, not an extra charge for each topping. My boyfriend and I each got our own medium size pizzas. He got their garlic chicken and I got a ‘build your own’. Add in one beer and one pop and our bill just hit the $ 30. We figured we’d each eat half our pizza and take half home for leftovers on Sunday. While the pizza here is tasty, the toppings plentiful and it has the right amount of sauce and cheese, the crust is so, so thin that we both finished our pizzas. While I much prefer the Chicago style pizza at Chicago Pasta House in Moreno Valley [– -], the pizza at RedBrick is still really yummy. It’s just not filling and it needs a thicker crust. The staff was really friendly, the floors/booths/tables were all clean and we enjoyed the little TVs at each table.
