This store is very unorganized
I ordered online as I always do
It said my order would be ready at 7:30
I arrived and talked to the manager Sara and she said she would have it out
It costs me $ 35 and she didn’t even offer a discount! I will be calling the corporate office about this on Monday!
Most unorganized Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. There were 23 people waiting for their pizza! That’s uncalled for!

Quality of food is good. Forget about having it delivered in under an hour because it’s not happening. I don’t care what time you call. Although when I do store pick it up its always ready in 15 mins.

Ordered their special 2 Med for 6.99 each. I guess you get what you pay for. Got all crust, barely any cheese, sauce & pepperoni

This Pizza Hut is a complete joke! The pizza came 1 hour after I order it and it was so cold and I still had to pay. They would forget my drink or something like that all the time I ordered 5 times and out of those 5 times they got my order wrong all the time. I will never order from there again! Don’t even waste your time on this Pizza Hut go to another one.

Haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in over a year because we had a bad experience last time. Decided to give it another chance tonight and they got out order wrong. Asked for bone out wings and got bone in. The pizza was cold and seemed more like a medium than a large.

The guys make great pizza and very welcoming… The girls are snobby and the pizza they make seem to always suck! My husband always tends to know a girl makes the pizza!!!
I think the manager needs to manage these girls and put a good attitude and smile a little. Maybe that’s why the pizza sucks! Bad attitude = bad pizza

I was visiting a friend & we ordered from this Pizza Hut. They seemed busy when I placed order. I was told it would be 30 min or less for the delivery. I thought no way since they seemed busy. Actually, they arrived in 33 minutes which was way cool. I can live with a 3 min delay. The driver Juan was very pleasant and offered me Parmesan cheese & crushed peppers. My order came hot and prepared just how I like it.

Good food but dangerous drivers. One in particular almost killed my friend and I today. It was a white Nissan Versa 6gts149. if see this car stay away, she even Drives through construction cones. She is an erratic driver. if you get food from this driver, please ask for someone else. Your order might be all over the seat anyways.

I order my pizza around 4:40 it did not arrive till 5:30 and the man on the phone said it will only take 30 minutes. Also when I opened the box there was marinara everywhere and the pizza look like some shook the box

I bought a pizza online, and arrived at the store on time for pick up, only to find out my order was never made. The staff then rushed to make it, and ended up giving me an undercooked pizza. I will NEVER go back there!

I am amazed at the customer service for how nice the cashier was. They got my order wrong from the phone but I honestly don’t blame them for I do have a accent that confuses a lot. I waited about 5 mins for them to make me and fresh new pizza and just for that they threw in a free liter of soda. Loved this Pizza Hut, I gotta say they are probs the best I’ve seen so far

Called to order pizza. Guy asked what street we’re on. Told him, he then said ‘I don’t recognize that street, you must not be in our area’.
We are .2 miles from their location and I can see it from my window.
Incompetent employee is incompetent.

The pizza is always good and when I go to pick up is always ready on time. However, there are times when I will arrive and no one will attend to me until I ring the bell. Sometimes I don’t mind, but sometimes I would want to grab my pizza and go.

I always order so many times from this location but today I order pizza. It took an hour and half to be delivered and the pizza was cold. Not too happy with their service.

Pizza arrived 1hr 20min later pizza was luke warm at best
Called and complained
Manager rushed me off the phone but said he would give me credit for next purchase
I will give them another chance but I plan on finding a better pizza place

Ordered a pizza over the phone. Drive took me 15 min. No food was prepared when I arrived. Waited another 15 for them to make it. The location was not busy. Not happy!

I realize you’re not allowed to expect much when you’re paying $ 8 for a large two topping pizza. I had a pan pizza and it was ok. Greasy crust, yes, but it was light and it tasted good. However, today we tried the hand tossed. Avoid this at all cost. The crust is chewy in a synthetic way with zero flavor. I took to just scraping the toppings off my slice, trying to salvage any value out of the purchase.
Two other complaints:
While I appreciate the tv display, listing the current orders and their status of cooking or ready, I don’t like both my first and last name being splashed up there for every random person to see. That’s what happens when you order online, so be aware. They should have it listed by initials, or first name, last initial.
Both times my orders for carry out were late. Not half an hour late but 10 to 15 minutes. Not the end of the world but if you can’t estimate correctly, don’t bother. And both times were mid day, when there was no crush of people to slow them down.

Great Pizza, great service!!! Went into this location to pick up an order. There is a screen that tells you exactly what time your order will be ready. Order came out a minute early :-) Pizza was hot, fresh, and made correctly! Good job!

Always get great consistent service and super fast delivery. I can either choose this Pizza hut or the one off of foothill and citrus. I always choose these place. Person who answers the phone is informative and nice! Pizza always delish and hot.
