Seems like they’ve breathed life back into the place. FINALLY have a craft beer sauce for the baby back ribs to replace the Shiner they dumped last year. Pretty good stuff. Now, if staff would only stop relying on the electronic order board and check on the tables more often…

I have visited this Chili’s a couple of times. I would say it is my go-to location as the Greenville traffic makes for an even longer drive. Now, it can get fairly busy on the weekends with a few minutes of table wait, but I honestly could care less. Great appetizers! The cheese curds are absolutely off the chain, and the Texas cheese fries are yummy. I usually go for the chicken tenders(which Chili’s calls«Crispers»). My dad’s favorite item there are the Southwestern Eggrolls. China meets Mexico; you get the best of both worlds. Ask for Khrystal. She’s a wonderful server with knowledge! Chili’s in Forest City is definitely worth the drive if you’re within the 30-mile radius. :)

The food is ok and they are getting better, but definitely not a strong member of the chain. It started out terrible but now is actually pretty good. :3 this may go up to 4 stars in the future if they keep it up

Its a Monday and this place is far from busy. So far the service is very slow and the bar tender is talking about how her mucinex is starting to work. I eat out so much because of my job that i just cant stand people in the service industry working and handling my food while they’re sick! The bar is cluttered and ive overheard waiters talk about offering other choices to customers. I think that this particular chilis is a pass in my book.

Just okay — was not busy but still took a while to get our server to come over. Then they forgot to bring the chips and salsa. Again, was not busy. Food was standard Chilis fare. I tried something new, a Mexican bowl that had grilled chicken, rice, lettuce, avocado and beans — didn’t love it = too much rice at the bottom(filler) and the glaze on the chicken was a little weird/sweet for my tastes. On the plus side, they always have good beer specials and our waitress was very friendly.

Chili’s used to be ok, but in the past year the quality and service has really shrunk. Ate there sat. And was served a really cold and boring calif chicken sandwich and cold fries. Sent the fries back. Time before I walked out for not being waited on. I give up

It’s a chain store. It’s good food, but lacks the charm, ambiance, or panache that a local restaurant would have. Don’t get me wrong, the place is fine, nothing wrong with the food, service, or what have you, but what makes this different from Ruby Tuesday’s, TGIF, or even the Denny’s up the road?

This is and always be «Cheers» to me and my husband. We have been in California two years now and have found no place like it, even the local Chili’s. One of a kind because of the great staff they have.

Pathetic. Slow service and servers that spend more time texting than working.

Having flown in from the west coast late the night before, I made the rounds visiting family and my mother. Since that day was Mother’s Day and my father’s birthday, my mother and I stopped here for an early dinner before going to the nursing home to visit my father(Alzheimer’s) and eat birthday cake with my immediate family members. Knowing that Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for restaurants, I was happy to be seated quickly. The server was extremely attentive and the Caribbean salads were very good. The chocolate molten cake looked very tempting; however, we knew we had birthday cake to eat so we abstained. Needless to say, we were happy that we ate at 5:00 p.m. because the lines were very long as we left the restaurant.
