Been here about 3 times. This place has plenty of seating and is usually empty so I can’t complain. I’ve only ordered tea here so I can’t comment on the food.

I go out of my way to get coffee from this location. The service is always wonderful, the people who work here are awesome! They remember your drink and make it with love!

The service is always really fast and efficient here if you’re in rush. Also the manager shahnaz is really nice and beyond helpful if you wanna fix anything about your order. I’d say give it a try!

It is Dunkin Donuts, what can be said.
Prices are good. Capuchino was better than the $ 5 one I had at Martha’s Bakery for sure. Speed in key here, and they do ok. My Mocha Coolatta takes the avg time to prepare. Always a little confusion at most Dunkin Donuts due to the language barrier, but they get by.
They still have donuts, which is nice to see.

I don’t generally go to Dunkin’ to get yelled at by a staff member, but that is the experience I had at this location today because SHE got my order wrong. I repeated my order several times and even gave her the number of the sandwich from the board and she still got it wrong. When I dared to correct it when they gave me the wrong item she started arguing with me in front of all of the customers. What kind of customer service is this? There are plenty of other locations… I will. never return to this one.

Very convenient location if you’re in the area and don’t want to walk to Austin, but they could be a lot better.
As a previous reviewer mentioned, the donuts here do seem to always be stale. Another thing I’m not crazy about is that their Wi-Fi is spotty. Came here for a cup of coffee and to work on my thesis, left having only coffee.
The one positive here is that the people are usually nice and work fast.
If you’re looking for a quick cup of coffee, this is the place. If you’re looking to do some work or enjoy a donut, you should walk a little further.

I agree that the workers are polite and attentive but will only do so if they know customers are going to be putting coins in that «tips» cup.
I wanted to use a gift card there and the counter lady was having problems with the card reader. I told the lady to manually key in the numbers and she claimed she didn’t know how to or was just too lazy to do so.
Perhaps this was her way of telling me to pay cash so that my change will go to her «tips» cup.
My tip to her was get a real waiter’s job if she wants a tip.

This is my favorite dunkin donuts. The staff are so friendly and the line goes really fast. One time they got my order wrong and they very politely did it over.
