Can you say«minuscule?» That’s this location to a T. I was not wowed with the service and if it wasn’t right nearby, I wouldn’t have bothered being here but when one needs nourishment and convenience, one sometimes ends up in places like this. Had more fun talking to a friendly elderly lady here; it was so cramped you were probably better off trying to make friends.

This has got to be the smallest dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too. This also seems to be the local coffee shop hang out for the more mature folks in the neighborhood. I stopped in for an ice coffee, I was able to walk right in and place my order. The cashier wasn’t friendly nor was he mean he was just there. Upon receiving my order I of course took a sip of my coffee to make sure it was made how I ordered it. Unfortunately it was not, that coffee was so sweet it would have pushed my sugar through the roof. The cashier used sugar instead of a sugar substitute when I requested for it to be made over, the cashier displayed an attitude which I really didn’t care for. Another worker seen what was going on and remade my ice coffee. Since I’m not in the area frequently I don’t have to worry about visiting the particular dunkin donuts again.

I am baffled how this Dunkin Donuts can stay open. Between the staff’s incompetence and slow service, I would have thought they would be shut down years ago. Shows you how badly people need a gathering spot despite the product’s deterioration. This Dunkin Donuts has: 1) Forgotten my order 2) Given me an incomplete order 3) Given me an inedible order 4) Yelled at old ladies 5) Talked about their customers while they are still standing there. Just awful. Please let a Starbucks or Tim Hortons replace them soon.

This Dunkin’ Donuts offers snail’s pace service, rude customer service(especially to the elderly), open 24 hours, close proximity to the train, and does not honor any deals/coupons. I haven’t tried their donuts. I don’t know why, but the cashier rolled her eyes at this elderly woman in front of me as the woman tried to order and pay. The cashier was also rude to the elderly lady behind me. I tried to use a coupon for a medium iced coffee and the cashier told me that they don’t honor any coupons. Ok… So I paid for my medium coffee. And it tasted disgustingly burnt. Like drinking charcoal with sugar and milk. So that’s unedible. I turned to Kwai and said: Let’s never come here again.

I’ve been here twice this month and twice I’ve gotten sick from their ice coffee. The only thing that is good about this location, they are located near the train. The workers like to talk a lot so my order shouldn’t have taken so long to complete. They should get retrained… customer service and how to clean. It’s a mess there and it wasn’t even busy. Maybe about 4 customers sitting and no lines.

Tried their new mango smoothie and was kind of disappointed with the frozen mango chunks.

I am giving one star because there is no negative star. This store is always cheating. It happened many times, I ordered a combo, but they calculated the price separately. When I go back to ask why, they always have excuses, like the combo comes with iced coffee, but you ordered hot coffee, etc.

After complaining to corporate about the situation with the tuna at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, I’ve received the proper assurances and all is well. Still, since the wastebasket where the individual serving container of tuna is tossed after being emptied, I now never hesitate to reach into the wastebasket to check the expiration date on it and since my complaining it’s always been reasonable. If only I’d done this previously I’d have saved myself some grief. ..

My 2 children and husband bought jelly munchkins on 11÷29÷13 about 10pm at night. Came home, only ate 2 each said they tasted stale. Between 6−8am on 11÷30÷13 all 3 of them were throwing up, chills, fever and many visits to the bathroom. Still not feeling well. If they are not better in 1 more day will go to hospital to be tested and see if they can also test the munchkins. This Dunkin Donuts has been on a downward spiral for months now. The cleanliness and quality of food is lacking. I’m done with this store

I’ve only gotten a latte and egg/cheese croissant at this location. The food is ok, but I give this place 2 stars because the staff chit chats in their language LOUD!!! I swear they are screaming, it’s ridiculous! All the customers look around, & at each other, dumbfounded… like, wtf is this? Can’t say anything else about the food, other than what I get is okay… not great, not bad. just ok.

I don’t love going here because most of the time I literally have to repeat a simple order 5 times to get it right. When the staff is more into chit-chatting than listening to what you have to say, I know I am in for a frustrating experience. What also annoys me is when they yell, «NEXT!» at the top of their lungs and then either go off somewhere else leaving you hanging or start chit-chatting with their colleagues again. The ONLY reason I keep going back is because they are a Dunkin’ Donuts. I have experienced some of the most incompetent customer service here since they opened at this location.

Just get your coffee here and go. Don’t get anything fancy either as they’re prone to make mistakes on orders. If you order a sandwich, check your order in the bag when you get it.

This is my local DD that is always crowed with kids from the HS. They serve fairly quickly and rarely have space for you to sit and eat your breakfast. I dont like their lattes and the breakfast items are okay but too small for you to get full.

Been there twice, both times the staff was terribly disorganized and amateurish. Went to this store today only because Starbucks was closed for the weather. Ordered a black coffee — I specified no milk, no sugar — and a chocolate doughnut. Got home and found my coffee had both milk and sugar in it. Lesson learned — I won’t be back.

I only had an egg and cheese on a bagel and it was pretty good. But I did overhear a girl got the wrong order, and I had to take a seat in the corner since it was the only one available.

Using my sample size of only 3+ years, I can say, without reservation, this particular location is by far the worst DD that I’ve been to. Ever. The hot coffee is always burnt and tastes like they’ve made 3 pots of coffee using the same grinds. I ask for half and half and always get milk. The 7eleven 3 blocks over offers better coffee. And its self-serve. And I can indulge in the fatty, delicious, richness of all the half and half my cholesterol-clogged arteries can handle. The few times I deigned to eat a donut(or rather, doNOT) from here, they were stale, making me incredibly annoyed that I wasted good calories eating shit. The breakfast sandwiches were somewhat edible although every single time I was given someone else’s order and had to exchange it. And the crowd inside of DD. Sleeping homeless people and teenagers taking advantage of the free wi-fi. The place is always dirty and reeks of bum-piss and armpit. After learning my lesson, I now strictly venture to this hellhole only to buy coffee grinds. Even then the cheapass employees/extended-family-members-of-the-franchisor always try to cheat me out of my penny change. Screw your tip cup and screw you, Dunkin Donuts!

It’s hard to review a chain. You get what you get. I’m not going to give an advertisement for what their brand is. Their donuts are ok. Their coffee improved when Starbucks drove up the coffee standards(and prices). This outlet has a separate line for toasting and sandwiches, which makes sense. It’s right next to the subway, so you can ruin the food by eating it in that unappetizing place. When I was there, they didn’t have whole bean coffee. Nobody has a grinder in this neighborhood?

Well, I didn’t have the crunchy donut problem that definitive had, but certainly, they’re not made onsite(like most Dunkin Donuts, though). The hot sandwiches here are slow to be made, but taste pretty normal. The donuts themselves, I have only had the sugar, crème, and barvarian. They’ve all been pretty normal. Not the best service, but if you’re craving a donut, this place works.
