Father and Son Florist

great service, priced well. made me up a quick bundle of flowers, they looked awesome and were super fresh.

I recently sent flowers to some friends using Father and Son Florist. They delivered same day and my friends sent me a photo of the bouquet. It was beautiful and looked just like the bouquet photo on their website. I would definitely use them again!

My mother received the most gorgeous arrangement for Mother’s Day. She was beyond thrilled. Have no idea how/​why I wasn’t familiar with them. I will be sure to use them in the future for my local orders.

Twenty years have seen the arrival and departure of four florists on Metropolitan Ave between Woodhaven Blvd and Union Tpke.
My friends family had a booming florist in Kew Gardens, enough to afford a vacation rich lifestyle & the means to buy the building and the adjoining.
Begging the question, why the major disparities?
Number one is customer service. Within our little area of Metropolitan Ave in Forest Hills, a business must be engaged with the community to forge the relationships necessary to remain viable. Option number two, latch on hard to the few people that know everyone in the area, legacy if you will, as folks rarely come from out of town to spend money here on the consistent basis necessary.
Number two is delivering what’s been promised. Easy in theory, but critically important as the aging demographic has little tolerance for broken promises.
Number three is price appropriatly. One perceived overcharge can result in loss of sales and future recommendations. Not the type to return to inquire about the issue they felt was a problem or call to do so, folks here will just simply cut you out and your not getting back in.
That’s how Father and Son have stood the test of time.

Wonderful owners, very fair prices, beautiful arrangements. What more can you ask for?
