DONOTORDERFROMTHEM — THEYTHROWTHEFOODFROMTHEFLOORBACKTOTHEPAN… I used to like this place… I never post bad reviews… but… I’ve been ordering foo from them for years, literally for 7 years. The delivery guy is very nice. Lately the food is not acute to what I order, they never smile, they are rarely nice(something that i really don’t care). BUTYESTERDAY I WENTTOORDERFOODTOGO, and I saw how the chinese man cooks without gloves(that i don’t really care,(ALTHOUGHTHEYMUSTUSEGLOVES). The problem is that this man dropped the pasta in the floor… and picked it up… check if someone was watching him…(HEDIDNTNOTICE I WASTHERE) and he put it back to the pan… and kept cooking… Then he served the food, as normal as breathing is normal… THATISDISGUSTING… he didn’t even throw all the pasta to the floor. it was like a pinch of pasta… but he PICKEDITUPFROMTHEFLOOR and he put it back… IMNEVERORDERINGFROMTHEMORGOINGTHEREAGAININMYLIFE… i rather eat from the cart… than from them.

I just moved in the area and i cant believe that all the Chinese food in the area is so bad! Wow. How are they still in business!. Prices are high and quality is poor! Ordered shredded beef and general tso chicken… tons of onions and green bell peppers which they call vegetables! No beef and certainly not shredded. General tso chicken was mushy and all batter.

Hands down the best boneless spare ribs I’ve ever had at a Chinese take out spot. Everything else is pretty normal but the ribs are out of this world. Get them

Disappointed… Used to think they are decent. order from them sometimes, now they made mistakes on my orders, over charged me… and no apologized… who said their hot sour soup are good? Too much soy sauce and its not even hot. They should rename it to soy, sour soup. For a uniform style fast food place like this the Attitude and Service is too important.

The person who takes orders is rude and to boot, I have found the food to be just fair-nothing special-with smaller than usual portions. She wanted to charge me extra to substitute tofu for chicken(w/mixed vegs) in the lunch special and seemed satisfied even though she had to have known she was wrong and ended up losing business. There are several other really good, pleasant and ethical chinese takeouts closer to Kew Gardens to go to rather than to be miserable coming here!

The General tso chicken here is probably the best I’ve had in the area. The chicken is tender on the inside while the outside is very crispy. The sauce is what made the dish stand out. At first, it seemed expensive($ 10) but when you consider that they give you a container FULL of chicken, it’s not so bad. The won ton was disappointing though. It was very salty and a little greasy. This will probably be our go to Chinese food spot.

This has been our designated Chinese take-out spot for years. Good and quick service. I always ask for things that are not quite on the menu, haha. They’ll prepare most things the way you ask for them, no muss, no fuss. Ask for the Shrimp/Veggie Chow Fun — all the little snowpeas and things are always fresh and crunchy when you get them. The Eggplant with Black Bean sauce. If I’m getting anything deep fried — like General Tsao’s — I ask for the sauce on the side so the chicken/shrimp doesn’t get soggy by the time it’s delivered. I just read a post about the ambiance of the restaurant. It’s a clean, order-by-the-number Chinese take-out place, not The Ritz. They splurge on the nice chopsticks, not chandeliers and fine linen. We’re lucky to have them in the neighborhood. Try to keep a little perspective.

Absolutely awful. This is your typical Chinese takeout hole-in-the-wall so of course the décor is expectedly nothing special. It is quite a shock, however, when it’s not just dingy and unfurnished but also questionably sanitary. Not only did the sticky, grime-covered walls and floors need cleaning but their food prep was abysmally unappetizing as well. Their general cooking equipment all looked as if they needed to be replaced or thoroughly scrubbed. While we were ordering our food, a man in the back was washing out a wok and all he did was spritz it with hot water. No dishwashing soap, no sponge… I’m not an expert on wok cleaning procedures but I’m fairly sure spraying it down with hot water isn’t enough. The commercialized coca cola fridge that most Chinese take-out places use for storing beverages, they used for storing buckets of fried chicken as well. Ignoring the fact that fried chicken has no place at a Chinese take-out place, no matter how Americanized the joint is, this chicken wasn’t even appetizing. Over-fried and who knows how many days old, this chicken is probably heated up in a microwave for overly brave customers. This beverage fridge turned fried chicken fridge was also in need of a major scrubbing, its glass door already yellowed over with grime and grease. But enough about the general squalor of the place… what about the food? Well, there’s not much to say about that other than the fact that nothing was appetizing, nothing was fresh, and both of us got stomach aches afterwards. The General Tso’s Chicken was dry and overcooked, and the cold noodles were just disgusting(something about the sauce did not sit well with us and I’ve had enough cold noodles at other joints to know that this is not how cold noodles are supposed to taste). The service only added insult to injury. They weren’t terrible but they were a bit snarky and on edge, like we had come to inspect their restaurant. If you’re so ashamed of the state of your restaurant that you’re treating customers like inspection officers, giving them a wary suspicious eye, then you’re definitely doing something wrong. Food: 1⁄5 — Cold, dry, overcooked, and causes gastrointestinal distress Service: 1⁄5 — Snarky and on edge Atmosphere: 1⁄5 — Absolute squalor Overall: 1⁄5 — We went to this restaurant for its convenient location… we left with a bag of poisonous take-out food.

Want authentic chinese take out? This is the place to be! Their vegetables and meat are always fresh. Every time I come here, i see costumers ordering and yet I get my food on time. Everytime im around the neighborhood, I get Fengs. The food is so good, I cant order just one dish of the menu. Their«must tries» are hot&sour soup, chicken wings, beef with broccoli, chow fun, and lobster sauce. They even have the healthy diet too! Bonus points! Cant wait to come back!

This place is my favorite go-to Chinese take-out restaurant. The service is prompt and the food is fresh and delicious. I’ve had their beef with broccoli, fried chicken wings, steamed dumplings and general tso’s chicken which were all great but the beef chow fun is hands-down the best one and I continuously go back to ordering that dish. It’s tasty, not overly salty and the noodles are always cooked in the right consistency. Recommend this place to all locals. It’s a must-try!

Above average Chinese takeout place. Very efficient and professional. I’m especially fond of their moo goo Gai pan, fried rice, Kung po shrimp. Frequently go there for lunch specials

Feng’s is a hidden gem on Queens Blvd. Walk on in and you see what appears to be a typical Chinese take-out restaurant– the décor and menu is instantly familiar. Feng’s however, is different because the service is amazing. The chefs and staff are welcoming and the kitchen(easily visible) is spotless! Orders are served up within 5 minutes and they happily accommodate picky taste buds. Those that want less Americanized Chinese food can simply ask the chefs for a customized order. Recommended Eats: 1. Hot n Sour Soup 2. Mei Fun(any variation, ask David to make this masterpiece) Menu Food: 4.5 David’s Food: 5.0 Service: 5.0 Parking: 3.5 They deliver but why wait?

I want to give it zero star if I can! This is the worst Chinese restaurant in Flushing if not in the country! Bad service! Bad food bad manner! The lady who acts like the owner REALLY should go back to China to learn some manner. She got this nasty facial expression when she saw babies. I hope she does not have one! Food is lame. Never go there

Gahhhhh so disappointed! This used to be my go-to takeout joint in the hood, but I have to say that lately they’ve been very inconsistent. We ordered the usual chicken chow fun, young chow fried rice and chicken wings… I can look past the hairs on them wings, but both dishes were horribly over-salted. The noodles were just borderline under cooked and lacked that«wok flavor» that you can only get from using a commercial grade stove. I think I could’ve whipped up something tastier from my own kitchen… (I do love the steamed dumplings though, but seriously, how can you screw up steamed dumplings?) For the most part, they were pretty good for a while, but my last visit was a serious turn off. Sigh… I think, if we’re not feeling lazy, we may have to trek a few extra blocks back to good olé King Garden… now that’s a place that hasn’t failed us yet! =)

Came after lunch hour on a weekday. It was a cozy family owned hole in the wall chinese take out joint. There were menus on the wall, short, precise and had good selections. Think they take custom orders. Kitchen is in the back and you can see that they actually cook your food when you order. Looked organized, clean and the staff was nice as well. We ordered vegetable pan friend chow fun. It was pretty good not too salty and not too sweet, lots of veggies. The portion sizes are pretty large, had to split it with a friend, but i think the chef was being generous. Food: 4.5 Service: 4.5 Location: 3 – 4 Street parking, but they take delivery.

Pretty traditional takeout style food which can’t seem to mess up easily as it’s covered in soy sauce which all take out restaurants should be able to manage, right? WRONG! This is our go-to Chinese takeout spot in Forest Hills if you need to satisfy your american-style chinese food taste buds with Chicken and brocolli with wonton soup. Their Singapore Mei Fun is also pretty good if you’re in the mood for that. The fried chicken wings aren’t too bad either but who enjoys seeing hairs on them?
