This place is disgusting. The food is displayed in the most unappetizing way possible. The food is super salty and just slopped together. Some would say that’s pretty standard for buffets, but I have been to others that were much better than this one. Also the clientele that frequents this place is sketchy to say the least (although that’s part of the fun of going to a buffet). They get two stars for variety.

One of the most overwhelmingly mediocre experiences I’ve had in the Chicagoland area.
Was greeted by a man demanding how many people in our party and forced us to pay together. Without explaining that this was a common practice at the establishment, he took our drink order (some of which never made it to our table).
The food was lukewarm at best. The dessert selection looked great but the consistency of the cakes felt closer to biscuits than anything else.
All in all, the best part of the whole experience was the cute baby in the next booth over.

After several visits and being quite pleased with the food, I had an unpleasant experience with the manager on duty recently. I walked into the restaurant at 3:24 one afternoon. I said, «One lunch.» He insisted on charging me the dinner price which begins at 3:30. I told him my car radio just said it was 3:24 and my phone (which I looked at) — by then — said 3:25. He looked at the clock on the wall by the cash register which said 3:30 and refused to offer the lunch price. I told him he needs to get his clock fixed and walked out.

We throughly enjoyed the sushi which included fresh condiments such as wasabi and ginger. Each pier has hot trays that are constantly filled with food from their kitchen. The dessert bar included a variety of cakes and fruit along with fresh cookies and ice cream to top it off. I would recommend to any one the fresh crisp green beans sautéed in garlic… to die for!

The grill was outstanding. Nice variety of sushi. Good, but average buffet selections. Most items were fresh looking. Our service was fantastic. It was uncomfortably warm in our seating section, though. Boyfriend says the mens room was clean. We will definitely be going back.

Welllll considering the fact the I LOVED Hibachi grill (a buffet that was there prior to this one) this one was the exact same. Variety of foods. From American to Chinese. Customer service was fair (I’ve been treated worse). But food was good overall. Every time I noticed a pan of food becoming empty, minutes later it was full!!! I’ll be back.

Everything here is bad quality. Cold deserts were barely cold. Hot foods were all lukewarm. The sodas you get charged 1.79 extra for are all watered down. The waiter who refilled my drink spilled soda all over my table and didnt even clean it. She just walked away and never came back. I literally had to clean it myself. I definely wont be back here. Not worth the money at all. Your much better off eating at portillos up the street. Hibachi was alot better.

I was there this Monday, the food is great and the place is clean, I like that place! Everybody has different taste, so you can’t said the food there is so bad or what! But it good for me! And the service is nice too! And I told the manager the table are too crowded, and that manager so nice he said he will make some change and feel so sorry about that and gave me another coupon! And no charger in water too! I think I will go back there with my family again, it nice place and feel comfortable!

In that space used to be a Chinese buffet, I went once and the food was stale and cold, tables were bunched up entirely too close so I decided to never eat there again. I got a flyer about this new crazy grill buffet, decided to give it a try. Walked in and to my surprise it was the same exact restaurant just with a different name. Same staff, same cooks, same layout. I figured maybe I’d give it another shot (which was a mistake). Food was just as bad, tables were just as crowded, I even had a coupon in which I think they ripped me off, got charged like $ 2.00 for tap water. Will never go there again and will never eat at that location again. Grand opening of the same restaurant just puts a bad taste in my mouth just like the food did.
