Advanced Eye Care has an amazing selection. All of the people I worked with when choosing my glasses were great. Kelly was especially helpful with getting my glasses shipped to me. Thanks so much!

Nowhere else will you find a high end selection like at Advanced Eyecare. Killer service too. I’m rocking IC Berlins that you just can’t find without flying to LA.

I had eyemed insurance and could just walk in without appointment. Within an hour three folks helped me and I first frame chosen was great fit out of the other choices, so went with that since it fit great and looked great.
Kelly was the optician that fit the glasses and measured them and I remember her from early 2000s. I had switched to Eye Center of Northern Colorado, but now come back to Advanced Eye Care for eye glasses. In early 2000s, Rob helped me create some custom Silhouette glasses that were both functional and super cool and super light. Since Rob’s departure, Kelly helped me out until I switched to Eye Center of Northern Colorado since we knew the ophthalmologist there.

I never had an appointment here with one of the doctors but the receptionist that answered the phone was not very helpful at all. I asked to see if they had a specific kind of frame and color options for frames. In a very bored tone I got, «Sir, we have hundreds of frames. I don’t know.» Well I went there to see myself since it sounded like they might have a lot a frames going off of the receptionist’s comment. Either their ‘hundreds’ of frames are mostly special orders in a catalog or they have them tucked away in the back where no one can see them because on the sales floor they did not have ‘hundreds’ to look at. I did not ask for help on this, I left bored just like that receptionist was.
P. S. I am not alone in this, several friends and acquaintances have complained about the quality of service here.
