Aussie Tans at Sunset Beach

This place was so wonderful! I went with a group of girls for a bridal party and the owner Tara had champagne on ice waiting for us. Haily was the gal helping us and she was sooo nice and enthusiastic. She was so welcoming and made all of us feel at home and explained all the different tanning options for us newbies wonderfully. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I came in for the first time today and I was overall really happy with my experience. Aussie has a lot of beds, like 20, and has multiples of each type of bed so I can’t imagine ever having to wait for whichever bed you want. The salon itself was super clean and professional — the girl at the front desk had me fill out information about myself and skin type so she could best recommend which types of beds I would probably want. She seemed to know a lot about the beds which was good since I don’t especially haha. They definitely make sure that you’re safe by sanitizing the beds and not letting you go to the tanning beds without eyewear. Like I said, I appreciated how clean everything was!
I liked that the salon had a nice sized vanity with makeup wipes and perfume and deodorant and everything so you can make sure you’re all ready before or after your tan. Also there are jars of candy everywhere so that’s a bonus too.
The prices and tanning beds were explained clearly to me and it seemed pretty reasonable. I ended up going with an unlimited month package (they also offered 20% off a package over $ 30 which was cool) and bought a pair of their little tanning goggles.
Overall really happy with this salon! Some other nice touches were the small boutique type things they had like cute beanies, lotions, lip balms, teeth whitening kits, etc etc. Definitely recommending them :)
