This is our go to place for happy hour appetizers and drinks. You simply can’t beat the quality of food and service that you get here at happy hour. We also enjoy a lunch or dinner from time to time here. If you come for lunch or dinner, you have to try the rotisserie chicken. It is both delicious and tender. The atmosphere is upscale, but also retains a bit of a casual feel, making it quite comfortable.

Ok. My wife and I decided to rent a car and drive west from our home in East Tennessee for two weeks. Let the road take us to wherever. Today as we drove west on I-70 somewhere in Kansas I asked my wife to look for a good restaurant in Ft Collins Co as she has relatives relatively close to the area that we planned to visit on our venture west. Well, she found this place after trolling for 10 minutes or so. She read the menu as we drove, and we both agreed it sounded like it might be someplace to check out. Well, let me tell you, it was excellent! My wife ordered off of the starters menu, but I had the rotisserie beef(I’ve never had any beef prepared like this) in some sort of brandy sauce, sitting on top of their version of mashed potatoes. OMG. The sauce was so incredible that I asked the server what it consisted of. She told me that another customer had just asked the same question! She actually went to the kitchen to ask the chief the ingredients! It’s not important what the final ingredients are, only that I’d drink it like a cocktail if I could. My wife ordered French onion soup and coconut shrimp and was also impressed with her meal. The place is clean and comfortable(and they also have outside seating) and our server Allison was spot on. Prices were reasonable, I dropped $ 60.00 including two rounds of drinks. Go there. Go there now.

After our first not so good experience at the Austin’s in old town I have to say the location down on harmony is a lot nicer, has a more comfortable atmosphere and the food was way better. We went for my birthday this year and thanks to the Director of Austin’s he convinced us to try it one more time. We chose the other location on harmony this time to give it a newer experience for my husband and I. We had the chorizo cheese as an appetizer it was very good. and with prime rib and new york steak we had a good main course. taste was great and our waiter was lovely his name was ben. great service. I had a margarita that was alright and my husband had a manhattan. all in all a good experience!

When I am working in Fort Collins, I always celebrate a great successful week at Austins. They really give me attention to meet my gluten free needs. Love their chicken salmon and steak. Superb meal and service every visit!

Nice atmosphere and decent food. I had the prime rib which was ok. The spice on the outside was great but the inside was a bit lacking. I’m always a bit disappointed with prime rib but I continue to order it. Baked potato was bland. Some places roast it with sea salt so that it adds a bit of flavor but this one was taken out of the grocery bag and popped into the oven/microwave. The cornbread skillet is to die for, honestly. If you like cornbread with green chili’s and some sort of sweet crust, you’re going to love it. Overall, I would skip it. If I want another slice of cornbread, I’ll go back but I didn’t see much else to rope me back in.

We visited mid week in a party of five, and even though it was busy, we were seated straight away. We arrived moments before the end of happy hour, but the server made sure we got last orders in. Much appreciated. I had the rotisserie sirloin, so yummy and perfectly cooked. Lots of garlic, so skip it on date night. The meal could have been a little hotter when it arrived. The kids meal was great, and came with a MASSIVE chocolate sundae. My daughter loved that. Good service, nice atmosphere. Not too loud.

This is a solid, reliable place for a good meal. Nothing fancy, but consistently decent. My wife has some dietary concerns and every server we’ve had has been very good about suggesting alternatives. Good food, good service, and nice ambiance whether we are there as a couple or as a family. I highly recommend Austin’s.

Just flew in tonight for the week and Christopher at the bar was super nice. I ordered the tossed salad with Lime Cilantro dressing it was delicious. Next I ordered the salmon oh my. It was to die for. I was glad I went with a light meal. Definitely recommend and will order again. Came in for lunch and chicken chipotle salad was awesome! Christopher was my waiter and highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. From the menu I just thought it was another chain. Definitely not. Carved meat options, rotisserie and specials. A meat man’s dream. I went for the lamb special. I’m british so really. miss good lamb, you yanks usually butcher it(not in a good way). But here it was perfect. Very very good meal, even down to the veg. No meat lover gets excited by veg. But I genuinely enjoyed it. Waitress was very good too, I hate the fake and pushy service. She was informal and easy to talk and ask questions to. Very attentive too without been annoying.(Dark brown hair, tattoo on her left arm, not sure of name) I’ll be back.

Had their Bison Meatloaf. It came with mashed potatoes and slaw. The potatoes were a wonderful creamy texture, but I would have preferred a bit more garlic. The slaw was delicious with some hidden gems of apple and raisin. The Meatloaf had a wonderful flavor and because of the Bison was not greasy at all. I also had the hill country salad. I was expecting a few more cornbread croutons, but it was delicious and I would definitely have it again and come back to try something else as well!

The food is consistently well prepared and tastes good. Occasionally a little over done and dry, thus four stars rather than five. The service is always good, even on takeout orders. Overall, I would highly recommend this location.

Went here with my Father for a late Father’s Day meal & it was delicious! I ordered the Chipolte Chicken Salad & my dad had the Walleye. It was awesome, we got our food within 20 minutes & were able to get out of there quickly so my dad could catch his flight. The waiter was also great! Very personable and chatty, he was also very knowledgeable on what we were ordering when we had questions. Much better service and food this time compared to the Mountain location! Keep it up, all!(:

Arrived in Fort Collins for a track meet and was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Originally my teammates and I planned on walking across the street to Famous Dave’s. I called to see how busy Famous Dave’s was, and asked if I could make a reservation. They told me that they do not take reservations(although their Unilocal page says differently.) We would have walked, but the street we needed to cross was much too treacherous for one of our gimp if a teammate. Our coach backed out of driving us over at the last minute, and strangely enough both of the Hilton’s shuttlers had quit 3 days prior. Famous Dave’s also doesn’t deliver so we were forced to explore our other options. Using Unilocal(obviously) I was given many options, including Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. While it was contemplated for a few minutes, we decided that a fuzzy taco would not be a good meal prior to running the next day. This left us with Austin’s. We sent out scouts to scope out the place to get an idea of price range, and originally the tinted windows and ties of the waiters and waitresses made us believe that it was too expensive of a venue. However, after 20 more minutes of exploring our options(including hotel room service) we got enough courage to walk into Austin’s and ask for a menu. The prices were decent– not quite college student prices, but cheap enough for a night of per diem. We made the final decision to eat here and were seated swiftly. Our waitress was fast, polite, and remembered our orders without writing them down. Our food was prepared extremely fast and was yummy. 5⁄5 good meatloaf. Ask for Keleka

I must admit to not expecting very much from Austins originally. It initially reminded me of something between an Outback and a Houstons(funny, given the name), long on the gimmick and atmosphere but short on the breadth of options or quality of dishes. My experience was so different though, I had to share it. My wife and I were seated rather quickly for it being a busy Friday night. The place was full of patrons going this and that way, plates being scurried across grand halls, and noisy banter coming from the bar area. Once seated, we were relieved to see a menu full of opportunistic options for the hungry heart. We were exhausted from a road trip, tired from a 12-hour drive and days full of trail mix and fast food. We had looked forward to this more extravagant meal. Once seated though, we just lamented not being able to pig out on this menu back at the hotel, naked on our bed watching some random television show. So we did just that… Our waitress was incredibly kind and had our orders(which we had just made) packaged to-go. We walked back to our hotel room and ate blissfully alone and in coccoon-like comfort. I was impressed with the rib-eye, which I order often but so rarely to my own satisfaction. The raw horseradish was awesome, and the accompaning vegetables and potato was all top-notch and packaged very well. The service was impeccable there, though our visit was perfunctory. My partner and I enjoyed the steaks and can highly recommend the red meat here. That reminds me, there were some exotic offerings on the menu which should not be overlooked and given the time and resources, I would try at least once.

I’ve been coming to Austins for over 15 years and it remains one of my favorite Fort Collins restaurants. I know I will get great food, fantastic service in a lovely restaurant w/terrific ambiance… not too loud, cozy… My favorite dishes are short smoked pork tenderloin, the buffalo meatloaf, and the salmon. When we come on Christmas Eve, which we do every year, they often have a Parmesan-encrusted Halibut which is delicious. I also really enjoy the tortilla soup, the chipotle chicken salad and for a side, the hilltop country salad. For lunch I tend to get the roasted turkey club — yum! Portions are generous. I really think you can’t go wrong at Austins! If you have kids, they are sure to love the sundae that comes at the end of their meal(my kids always scraped all the chocolate & sprinkles from the ice cream glass so they wouldn’t miss a bite!) The patio at the Harmony location is awesome for a summer day/evening. The bar has a few comfy-cozy booths, perfect for winding down with your friends after a long day/week, enjoying a glass of wine… or a martini… or a mojito… I look forward to many more delicious meals and good times at Austins! :)

Good staff and fast service. Food is average, had prime rib sandwich, wife had steak that was undercooked. I’d rather go to outback.
