IHOP

Sorry to say but had a terrible experience here today. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged to be seated. Yes the cashier was cashing people out, but even one of the guest asked if we were waiting to pay or not. The food got to the table quickly but as the waitress delivered my burger the bun falls onto to table and all she said «oops», and didn’t offer to replace it. SMH. My water glass was empty half way through the meal and was never offered a refill until she brought the bill and at that time asked if I wanted one. Then she leaves the bill and says she would come and get it when we were ready. So after placing cash on top of the bill and waiting 10 minutes we walked up front to pay.
Here’s a tip to all wait staff. Do what you say your gonna do, and don’t talk to your coworkers about what your going to or not going to clean during your shift when customers are right there in front of you eating.

The service was excellent but the food was not. First and foremost it was 830 at night so there is no reason the food should be luke warm to cold. My hash browns were still cold. The omelette, ham and cheese, was filled with a nasty tasting white pseudo cheese sauce. Yucky! I only ate a third of the omelette as that’s all I could stomach. The pancakes were good but not that hot. The butter clump didn’t even melt. I don’t know why I picked this place as I’ve been there before and it wasn’t much better. Service is the only good quality at this IHOP.

Food was fine but the wait staff was HORRIBLE. Waitress only checked our drinks once. She tried to charge us over a dollar to sub something cheaper for something more expensive. The waitresses were yelling to each other across the restaurant about some lady in labor having contractions, and about wanting to go outside and smoke. We had young children with us and the waitresses were swearing. Definitely won’t be going back to this location again. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was good.

Currently sitting at IHOP waiting for the waitress to come back so I can return my food and leave. Because apparently they thought 10 fries and 4 one inch chicken strips was $ 9 worth of food. Ridiculous even if it would have been on the kids menu.

The food was ok, we’ll cooked, there were lots of options, at reasonable prices. But the service was beyond slow.
As I write, we’ve been waiting 30 minutes just for the waitress to collect our credit card after providing the check (which also took a very long time to be brought after we requested it).

We live close by and decided to stop in one Saturday morning. Not bad but not stellar either. I had an omelette which was a bit dry around the edges. Although I didn’t have any pancakes, my daughter did and her plain, buttermilk pancakes turned pink when she used the strawberry syrup. Yuck! The syrups have obviously gotten more artificial over the years — basically dyes and fake flavorings.

There pancakes are the boom the are so rich and good! I like there Hot chocolate and there drinks!

The nicest servers anywhere…
