Stopped into this delightful coffee shop on a fluke. Amazingly awesome environment PLUS Aeropress coffee! It was just great. Grabbed a cuppa and a mighty mini muffin — the perfect tiny sweet treat. Coffee was excellent too. What’s not to love?!!

Lovely spot for a delicious drink and baked treat. Stopped by this morning for the first time — had a great experience. The employees are friendly and efficient and the shop is cozy, if a little cramped. I enjoyed my iced latte and chocolate orange babka. What a fantastic addition to this part of town!

Looks like it belongs in Brooklyn — craft coffee, unique décor, housed in a beautiful building — sort of a hipster vibe. There’s very little seating inside so good luck if you are hoping to work or sit and chat. The coffee was just okay. Nothing too special. Almost tasted bitter/burned.

I am so grateful for Bindle Coffee which is in a historic farm charming building on the Jessup. farm from 1882 restored. Add Italian style and quality in a rustic comfortable environment. with a range of customers from tiny babies to professional meetings EMTs Firemen(my favorites) and gorgeous college girls(your favorite?) The owners and staff know and greet you. They have some very interesting teas and change thier types off coffee from different nations. It is charming & relaxing several small businesses in this little area of restored buildings. A gourmet bakery. the Farm a new restaraunt, a barbershop, a brewery… off s timberline btwn prospect and drake. enter into Buckinghorse /the village. Ok see u there !

Coffee and ambiance at its best! They keep this place so friendly and inviting. This is a great place to sit and catch up with a friend. The brew gets this coffee snob’s fullest recommendations.

Bindle is what I’ve been looking for in a Fort Collins coffee shop for a while. It is in a great location, has an amazing vibe, and serves artisan coffee. Let’s start with the location. Bindle is apart of a new shopping complex off of Timberline and Prospect. This is not your conventional shopping complex though– originally a farm it incorporates the old farm buildings and farm feel. Alongside Bindle there is a bakery and photography studio adding to the pleasantly off-kilter feel. Due to the fact that Bindle is a considerable ways away from CSU(not within biking distance) it isn’t constantly crowded with college students and thus has a calmer feel than say Mugs or The Alley Cat. Bindle is in what used to be the garage/barn of the farm. It isn’t a big place by any means but as the owner said«it’s cozy.» The décor is rustic with modern touches. For example the light fixtures are oil-lamp-like but with Edison bulbs in them, and the counter is part wood part glass allowing you to see into the pastry cabinet. This is a place you want to spend all your time– there aren’t any couches and space is limited, but for a chat with friends, homework, or to just soak in the soothing ambiance Bindle is your place. FYI apparently Monday’s are their slowest day so if you need some peace and quiet stop by on a Monday. The coffee at Bindle is excellent. This is your classic artisan coffee with a twist. Everything is made in house i.e. coffee roasted, pastries baked, and syrups concocted. Having tried the seasonal pumpkin spice latte(usually not a pumpkin spice guy but they make their own flavoring) and a cortado I can confidently say that their espresso drinks are some of the best in Fort Collins. This is not your Starbucks coffee, or college student barista coffee, this is artisan. They get the micro-foam in the milk and can pull a shot of espresso like it’s nobody’s business, topping it off with beautiful latte art. If you know the Fort Collins coffee scene it is comparable to Harbinger. I most definitely recommend stopping by Bindle– the people are friendly and for the time being this is the coffee shop to beat.

Very little seating. Beautiful old building used to be a barn. Located in a nice calm part of Fort Collins. Jessup villages has a few cute little shops and boutiques on the same row of buildings. They make all of their own sauces her so the mocha is amazing! Although a large is about the size of a Starbucks tall for $ 4.65

Bindle Coffee is a much needed addition in Fort Collins. There really isn’t a cool, craft, authentic atmosphere that serves coffee up in the Fort, so this is great. The little Jessup Farm area is interesting… the concept it cool, I just wish it wasn’t nestled in a cookie cutter neighborhood. It’ll be interesting to see it when everything else opens up for business this fall. As for the coffee shop, it’s solid. I had a cappuccino and a fresh cinnamon roll right out of the oven and it was top notch. The baristas were personable and seemed knowledgable. The atmosphere is very whimsical/farm-esque and super cozy. My only fear is that there is not much seating and the Colorado winters are looooooong. I wonder if heat lamps will be outside when it gets cold? Anyway, I will definitely be stopping here whenever I am up in Fort Collins. It’s a nice change of pace and is much needed. I wish them the best of luck and can’t wait to see them do well.

I was so excited for Bindle to open and was able to go in and check it out today. I love a good cortado and, in my opinion, their’s ties with Harbinger for the best in town. The atmosphere is what puts it over the top. I would highly recommend Bindle and hope they are around for a very long time.

Delicious coffee and people! Very affordable crop-to-cup coffee, ethically and sustainably sourced from cooperatives around the world. They roast in-house and the baristas have world-class training. Andrew, the owner, has been roasting for a while and his wife Jen has a culinary arts degree. He’s the coffee connoisseur and she’s the baked-goods aficionado. Together they make an awesome tag-team for a delectable evening or morning stop. Combined with their amazing barista team, there’s no stopping Bindle world domination. Sit and Savor folks!
