What an adorable coffee shop! I just arrived in town and was looking for a good cup and a nice place to wait for my ride. How lucky I was to stumble across this spot! The caffe Olé was delicious and the new-ish owner(she’s owned it for 2 years) was so friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting and the coffee and baked goods are delicious :) I had the pumpkin bread, which Tia warmed up for me and slathered butter on(yum!).

The coffee is wonderful. The woman operating the store is kind and pleasant. The fact that she sounds like Karen from Will and Grace(portrayed by Megan Mullally) is also enjoyable. The only reason why I reduced her review to 2 stars is the lack of good food. I ordered the quiche. I’m sure it’d be delicious on the day it was baked, but reheating an egg dish is never good. Microwaved quiche. Blechh

My favorite coffee place in Fort Collins. I love their menu and I feel really comfortable just by hanging out, all the workers are awesome and caring. The grilled cheese sandwiches are cheap and yummy. Best café in FoCo yeah.

Great coffee shop with locally roasted coffee and a friendly owner making the coffee. I got a Mocha, and the milk was well steamed and textured, and was the correct temperature. The whip cream is the real stuff made with cream, vanilla and a touch of sugar, so much better than reddi-wip. The décor isn’t as trendy as some of the other coffee shops, but the coffee is the star. There is a great outdoor patio in back as well.

I love Café Olé! The new owner is doing a fantastic job of partnering with local business. There are so many option for food and drink all coming from northern colorado. There is artwork and jewelry from local artists. The coffee is fair trade, and incredibly delicious. The last time I went, I had the house hibiscus tea, which was amazing! My friend had a latte, which she said was one of the best she has tried. I’m so excited to see this place open up again! What a cool little spot, with a great vibe.

We only got some black coffee and breakfast burritos. The burritos were microwaved and kind of stale but we werent expecting much. It was okay. Good coffee and okay breakfast food. I would have to try the cappucinos or lattes to see if its just as good as Bean Cycle or Wild Boar.

They have wicked fast WiFi and good coffee. If you want a place to grab a cup of joe and chill out surfing the web or work remote for a while, this is a great place. I frequent Café Olé to get my weekly ground coffee for home brewing as well as pick up a drink. It’s easy walking distance from our house — part of our neighborhood. I agree with other reviews that it is small and not plush, but it’s functional, quiet and the people behind the counter are great.

Caffé Olé actually started out as Cocoa Olé when brother and sister team Chuc and Gina West replaced Deja Vu coffee house in October 2010. They recently changed their name to Caffé Olé in 2011, but still serve the same style of coffee and same food stuffs. They are in a very small space on College, sandwiched in between Noddles & Co and D.P. Dough. This makes them a great location if you’re walking around campus on foot or working at one of the local businesses nearby, but not so much if you’re driving by. Parking in that area is particularly painful. I’ve been to Caffé Olé a handful of times over the last few years. It’s a less crowded space compared to other coffee houses in that area, so it has been a good spot if the Alley Cat is full of students. In the front of the house there are a few small tables, and in the back they have a full room with plenty of outlets and a tiny stage for live music events. I’ve always been able to find a place to sit here, most likely because not too many people know about the shop. They use coffee roasted by The Black Cup Coffee Roaster, a local roasting company on North College that offers small-batch roasted organic beans. I really enjoy this roast because it has a slightly unique flavor. It’s deeper and richer than most, maybe a bit more bold, but not crossing the line into a bitter aftertaste. They use vendors for their food, like Ophelia’s burritos and Gib’s Bagels. I’m not tremendously impressed when coffeehouses offer food from vendors(but I understand why they do). It’s because of this that I mainly get that average impression. If they offered food unique to the coffee house, it would really amp up the appeal. We have an abundance of coffee houses here in Fort Collins, and some seems to get lost in the mix. I think Caffé Olé is one of those places. It’s not particularly exciting, but it’s not a coffee house to miss, either. They do have a few specialty items on the menu that make them worth the trip. I may not be completely wowed, but I certainly admire the family-business aspect of it all.

Cocoa Olé is where the old Deja Vu Coffeehouse used to be. I have to say that their spicy Aztec Hot Cocoa is amazing! It has a great kick to it and you can also add Cayenne Pepper if you want to to really add a special bite to it! Yummy, yummy hot cocoa all around! I had a pastry too which was also quite tasty but the cocoa really did stand out. Anyone who wants a new twist to their hot chocolate should definitely go here and get that Aztec Cocoa!
