I went in and got two dozen assorted bagels for a work event and the staff was extremely helpful. My bagel sandwich was delicious and my coffee was superb.

Awesome little breakfast place. The bagel breakfast sandwich and Avalanche tuxedo blended coffee was really good. Prices are fair and they even brought us our food. Definitely recommend it :)

Ordered breakfast in advanced, hoping when I arrived I could just pick it up. The blonde girl was so rude, and informed me I needed to wait in back of line regardless if I ordered beforehand 20 mins early. Such poor customer service I cancelled and walked out. Won’t be ordering large breakfast orders for my work team here ever again! No food is worth such poor customer service. I’m assuming this is a franchise, so I only want to provide this poor experience to the Gib’s off Harmony and Lemay — concluding poor management and poor hiring/training. The one off Harmony and Timberline has great customer service.

Great bagel sandwiches! I go here about twice a month and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is young, hip and friendly and make a darn good breakfast and lunch sandwich.

Blueberry bagel with egg, sausage and cheese for my 14 yr old. Not my choice but he loves it. Cool, friendly place for a quaint breakfast… And good lattes.

The best thing this place has going for it is the staff is super friendly. And cute. Don’t judge me — it matters. The prices are crazy. Two bagels with cream cheese is $ 8. The breakfast sandwiches are even more — something like $ 5 for the least expensive. The bagels are pretty average. Not very big and kind of chewy most days. The location is decent and I’ve never had an issue with parking. They do get busy from around 7 – 9:30am and they seem to have plenty of staff, however you will wait for about 3 – 5 minutes to get your order.

I don’t expect much more from a bagel place than for them to have the type of bagels I want. But if you visit Gib’s any later than 9:30 am(on a weekday, no less!) all of the best bagels are gone. If you’re not present at opening, be prepared to order a sundried tomato or pumpernickel. Also, the floor and tables are always dirty! Not the best…

Really good bagels, but expect to wait. I always order something simple like a bagel with cream cheese and have always waited. Today, all I wanted were two sliced bagels with a side of cream cheese and I waited 25 minutes. People who came in 15 minutes after me kept getting their orders, and when I finally asked about my order the guy who had rung me up looked at me quizzically and asked what my order was. Terrible.

Gib’s Gib’s Gib’s you are so so yummy. You have the best parmesan bagels I’ve ever had and finger-lickin’ good cream cheese. Your employees are always nice and you have that fun little newsletter with odd facts for me to read while I eat my bagel. Gib’s I miss you!
