The staff at this jo-​ann s are the best! They are so helpful and knowledgable. The store is well stocked and clean easy to find everything you may ever need. The measuring table is efficient and they power through even when they are super busy. Use your iphone for the discounts at check out. Wonderful staff.

So I’m not the craftiest person, but my mom is and she loves Joann’s. There’s just more/​different selections than what we have in Hawaii, and they always have some sort of coupon to give you 30% off a full priced item, or 20% off total purchase, etc. They appear to have a decent range of fabrics, a bunch of yarns, baking/​cake making supplies, stickers, beads, classes, and more. I recently came in for some frames (they were 40% off), a blank canvas tote, some acrylic paint, and I picked up some decorating tips for cupcakes. I used one of the mobile coupons, so my total was pretty decent.
The ladies were pretty helpful when it came to directing me towards what I needed to find, and when I had to return something (keep your receipt!) they were able to give me back my money no problem. Overall, good place to get craft stuff in Fort Collins, since otherwise I’m usually looking on Amazon, haha.

I absolutely love this newer location. They have fantastic staff who are always eager to help you when needed but not pushy at all, if you need to find help it is easy to find them. Their new location is very spacious and I feel everything is well kept, the organization makes things easy to find and everything is well lit. I will always continue to go to JoAnn’s over any other craft store because the environment is so comforting. It is a very organized and friendly environment, would definitely recommend!
