Went in on the suggestion from a neighbor. Bought a vape pen, he recommend. When one of the parts started malfunctioning (due to a manufacturing defect), I brought it back. Not only did they replace the defective part (no questions asked), they gave me a free e-juice attachment, as well!
In my opinion, the customer service at this store was great! They also had a huge selection of glass, and accessories. If you need a new piece, or a repair on an old favorite… Go check out Kind creations.

Not great. Paid $ 180 for a bong repair only to have it break later and find out the repair was done with cheap glass. Decent glass selection.
