By far the best tattoo/​piercing shop I’ve been to so far. At first I wasn’t so sure but now they are different and moved everything inside. I got my smiley pierced here, one friend got their septum and the other their dermals. they made me feel very comfortable and they were super friendly and fun. My smiley had to be pierced twice (my lips are kinda big and it went the wrong way) but other than that it was a lovely experience. Adore the guy who did it! Super cute and super great! I also enjoyed the music a lot. Most shops will play angry scary metal music but this shop has a variety. I wasn’t afraid to be pierced at all and I’m a big baby! I will defiantly go back.
NOTE: if you don’t want a piercing messed up or pierced twice do it yourself, piercers are only human and if you have any issue by all means Diy.

We were Robbed! Went to get tattoo, awesome RobZilla was busy so they called in 2 other guys! These guys were liars! Said they could do design, so we left deposit and made appointment for the next day. After telling us he needed more time because he said he stayed up all night working on it. We get there and they have 1 image! Printed off a computer!!! No artistry here Just plain tracing! We were not comfortable with all the runaround so we denied the tattoo and asked for our deposit back! They said no! Basically, we paid for a bunch of lies and run around! I DO NOT recommend anyone other than RobZilla! He was cool! All the rest are major tracers!!! The one star is just for the way RobZilla was to us! The other no stars are for the stealing of our money from liars!

This review is solely based on the piercing aspect. My friend went to get a piercing, and it got terribly infected. She didn’t have it in long before it got infected, and had to remove it. I went again recently with different friends and they said the piercer mentioned that there were a couple of piercings she couldn’t do, and she gave no explanation as to why… apparently her boss said she shouldn’t do them… it was a bit sketchy.
They have the cheapest prices in town in regards to piercings, but you get what you pay for. In my opinion, piercings aren’t something you want to skimp on…

Got my first tattoo at Runic by Robzilla. Great experience all around. He took the time to not only consult on my tattoo idea, but also understand the gist of what I was shooting for.
More importantly, his artwork is outstanding — clean lines, great shading.
Highly recommended.

Run, not walk, away from this place. I wish I wasn’t having to write this review but I cannot sit back and allow others to suffer the way I have. I have never been treated so poorly by any other business in my life. I left in tears on one occasion and because my tattoo piece was so large and took so many sittings to have the work completed I felt I was literally held hostage or the «artist» wouldn’t finish my piece. My appointments were repeatedly cancelled last minute and in the end was manipulated out of a large amount of cash with promise of a repayment that never came. Jinx has absolutely no morals and has no problem stealing from and lying to those he claims are his friends. Getting body art is more than just a tattoo. The experience is just as important and if you are looking to be treated as anything more than a victim, find another artist other than Jinx to do your work. He also uses Jinx White Trash for all his info. Just wanted to be sure anyone looking info up on him will be able to see this.

I went to Runic because several people I know gave me glowing reviews for them. And, I must say, I was not disappointed! I got a tattoo in my mom’s memory by Robzilla and he did a great job. He was very kind to me, paid attention to what I wanted, and made sure I was 100% ready before he started tattooing me. He talked to me and my fiancé the whole time and seemed to know when the pain was getting to be a bit much and would back off for a second without being asked.
I will definitely be back because of the level of caring and kindness that Robzilla showed me.

I had an excellent experience getting my nose pierced. The shop was clean, open, and inviting. The staff were also very welcoming and Jsun (the man who did the piercing) was absolutely lovely. He was easy to talk to, he explained everything well, and all around he made the experience great.
